LOVE!!! I was already a LMNT fan, but after trying this in a sample pack they sent, I became obsessed! I have it every single morning now, and it’s as enjoyable as a cup of hot chocolate every morning. It’s guilt free though, as there’s zero sugar and it’s actually super good for you with all the normal LMNT electrolytes etc.I always like to split the packet in half across two cups of hot water to dilute it slightly, otherwise it can be a bit strong. Two cups lets you enjoy the perfect cup of “hot chocolate” twice though! It has a little salt, like a good chocolate with sea flake dessert would.If you have a sweet tooth or looking for a healthy hot chocolate-esque option - look no further!

I suffer from issues with staying hydrated due to having a large part of my colon removed several years ago and now not being able to absorb water causing issues with fatigue and excruciating leg cramps throughout the day. I have been drinking LMNT after it was recommended to me earlier in the year and I can't go without it anymore. This drink in particular is what I look forward to every morning and although it doesn't give you the exact energy as coffee does, I DEFINITELY felt a lack of energy without it and without the jitters that coffee gives you. I did go a few days without it earlier in the week due to price and not being able to buy it as soon as I ran out of my last box and I started to feel extremely tired, crampy, thirsty and issues with constipation. Let me tell you, I came up with the money ASAP to re-purchase it because I can no longer go without it. I definitely love the chocolate salt flavor mixed in with hot water alone. At first the taste of salt was so strong, but now I crave more salt. LOL. I find myself drinking 1 to 2 packs a day depending on my activity throughout the day and lack of water intake throughout the day. I'm a true believer and I love this stuff. Sometimes at night I just crave a drink. I ordered another box last night and received it just in time this morning before work to help with mental clarity.

Soothing hot electrolyte beverage. Good flavor and effective hydration. Calms cramps and spasms quickly after a hard day of work on the ranch. I've come to rely on this drink mix to keep me going!

1000mg of sodium is exactly that, a ton of salt, and no amount of chocolate will mask the overwhelming taste of salt. If you are extremely deficient in your sodium intake and don't mind swallowing warm salt water, you know, the kind we used to gargle with as a kid when we had a sore throat, then there is a chance you might be able to drink this. As for getting your electrolytes these don't offer a great balance of sodium, magnesium and potassium so not sure why anyone would need this product. Unfortunately, this cannot be returned so I'll see if I have any luck on my Buy Nothing Group.UPDATE 1: After doing some research I stand corrected that the ratio of these electrolytes can be beneficial. I love salt and use it generously on my foods but as for in a beverage it is just too much for me. I had no takers on my Buy Nothing Group, so I gave it another try and, based on reviews added, a lot more water in addition to heavy cream. Even though this diluted both the chocolate flavor and salt it was more tolerable. I should have paid more attention to the honest reviews regarding how overwhelmingly salty it tastes. I was just so excited that they made a hot chocolate that fits into a keto lifestyle I was swayed by all the positive taste reviews.UPDATE 2: After trying several ways to consume this product I have found adding extra hot water and blending in a blender with a little heavy cream makes a DELICIOUS frothy hot chocolate!!! I have also added it to my blended chocolate Vital Collagen Peptide Protein shakes for an extra chocolatey flavor. I know I was adamant that I would NEVER buy this again but alas, I was wrong, and do plan on purchasing it again especially during the cold winter months. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the high price.

The chocolate is my favorite, but all of ELMT flavors are good. I've tried many other brands but I like ELMT the best. They really work! There is a slight taste of salt that I enjoy. Stay salty. Thank Amazon and Thank you ELMT for great products.

Great for when I’m having chocolate cravings and trying to not overdo sweets. I’ll mix this with hot water and little milk and it’s very reminiscent of Swiss Miss hot chocolate from my childhood. It’s been a good way to drink water more and feel like I’m treating myself after dinner.

I use several different types of electrolyte powders depending on exercise/sweat levels. This one is my favorite if I am going to be very sweaty - after a run and sauna for example. I actually love the salty chocolate flavor. I mix it with at least 36oz of water so it's not super salty. I couldn't imagine mixing it with just 8 or even 16!

Idk how anyone could rate these low star. They are literally amazing even just mixed with water. 12, 16, 24 oz it doesn't matter it's just as good as any ratio. It tastes like salted chocolate. Simple, clean ingredients, good for your body, good for keto, and the taste is delicious. 10/10
