I see everyone crying about how bad the flavor is. Same folks who probably don't eat chicken breast and brown rice everyday. They want easy, they want everything to feel good, taste good and work instantly. That's not how real life works. I've bought this product TWICE. This product does what it's meant to do. You don't get the results you want because of taste you get them through things that work. Suck it up, pinch your nose and chug it down. This will help you maintain muscle during a cut and will help you build muscle if you are on a strict diet. Take this before a workout and you are golden. Shame this is getting negative reviews due to taste. Alcohol taste bad but I that doesn't stop people from drinking it!

Truth be told, the one star reviews are likely from a competing supplier. Zero issues with dissolving in water, and the taste is just fine. I use one scoop with 20oz, drink half pre-workout, refill with water, and sip throughout my workout. Combined with resistance training and a high protein diet, and the results stand for themselves. Ordering for the fourth time today.

I agree with some of the past reviews on the taste and smell. I had a co-worker smell it and he was taken back, saying that it smelled like old cheese. He's involved in clean eating and cross-fit and couldn't believe the smell. I'll keep it and stomach it down since I was the one who ordered it, despite the reviews. I can handle eating/drinking weird foods/drinks, but Yuck.

I’ve read quite a few reviews on this product and most say that the taste is bad and That it won’t mix wit 12oz of water.. all crap!! It tastes good almost like sugarless candy and I have no issues wit the mixing it mixes well wit the water and I can feel it when I’m working out!! Yes I’ll be buying more

This is the worst taste ever. It will not dissolve either. If i could return i would. I’m going to use it since it was $49. Hopefully if I’m going to gag this down i will at least see results. Will not buy again.

Starting my second month on this and I look alot leaner and bulked. Usually take it in the morning for fasting works great. No bloated look like you get from most protien shakes and muscles recover alot faster

I did not have clumping nor the bad taste that others described. Added one scoop to my blender bottle with water and sipped during work out. Flavor was tropical.
