Seemed to work
I had a large koi (2ft) that got out of the pond somehow and I went out into the backyard to find the dog chewing on him. We thought he was probably dead, but put him back in the pond and he slowly swam away. I bought this antibiotic to hopefully help heal the two injuries he had from the dog. The only downside is that you have to turn anything like UV lights off while you are using it, so you might get some green in your pond while those are off. However, this is about a month later, and my fish is doing great. The injuries are healed over. Note: the antibiotic does create a lot of "suds" on top of the water, just FYI. But since my fish didn't die, and the injuries healed over, I am assuming it was due to this product.

His swelling gradually got better and he's alive and well today
Update: my fish is still alive today. His growth was stunted but alive and well! This product along with pond salt and Pimafix antifungal saved my fish. My koi fish developed dropsy, had no clue what that was at first. I assumed he would likely die based on all that I read about it. Not sure what the cause was but I figured I would try to treat the fish. Isolated the fish, was sure to oxygenate the water/container he was in, gave him a salt bath according to the instructions on the pondsalt container, added ponsalt to the pond as well. Put my fish back in the pond and treated the pond along with the other healthy fish according to the instructions on the bottles. His swelling gradually got better and he's alive and well today. It's been about 2 months since I treated him. All 3 products did not affect the pond plants or the other fish. Great products!

Got Rid of ny Goldfish's growth or tumor.
I bought 2 goldfish 8 years ago to cycle my new tank, I never thought that they would live through that but one did and I ended up keeping him..he is now 8 inches and in a 40 gallon tank by himself. He recently got a tumor like growth, it was a red and whitish sore like an ulcer. I used this for a week and it went away. After the very first does it started to turn black and after a week it looked like a raisin, it then fell off a week later. It left a small scar but he is back to health and no more tumor. So this stuff definitely works. It is made of Tea Tree oil and smells nice. A bit pricey but there is enough to treat a 40 gallon tank for about 60 doses or more. It was meant for ponds but does a great job in my tank. I will continue to give a weekly maintenance dose.

Really works for injured fish
I have pet store comet goldfish in an outside mini pond. Something must have spooked the fish, and I found one of the poor dudes wedged under a rock. He must have tried to dislodge himself because his fins were torn and he peeled off a huge chunk of his back and side. I figured he was a goner. But I read about this product, and thought it couldn't make him worse. This stuff really works! I treated the pond as directed for one full week. My injured guy formed almost a scab like bit over the injury within 2 days. By the end of the week, the "scab" fell off to reveal perfect white scales underneath. His torn up fins were growing back, albeit slowly. It has been a month now and I have done a second round of treatment. Nearly fully recovered!

Just tea tree oil?
My biggest koi, Golden Child, developed some cloudy looking skin on his head after I did a bigger than I should have water change. I used this medicine and he got better. I am not sure if this actually did anything since it's just tea tree oil or if he was going to get better anyway. Either way, it did not hurt my fish so I am happy. I did use less dosage than recommended.

A natural, safe remedy for minor bacterial problems (NOTE: many argue it's not safe for Gouramis and Bettas!)
I use this product to treat my fancy goldfish when I have a problem with them. It's not harsh like a chemical antibiotic that can kill off a biological filter or a weak fish, and I've grown to kinda like the smell (Tea Tree Oil.) Problems I've treated for are mainly fin splitting, as fancy goldfish may look very placid, but they can damage their delicate fins on almost any surface, especially in spawning season. This product is concentrated for pond use, so it's also a better deal than the aquarium version, I believe. I have not had any success treating internal problems with this product, and it may not be safe for Anabantoids (air-breathing fish like Gouramis and Bettas,) despite "Bettafix" being the same product in a smaller bottle. Use caution with these fish! And don't overdose *any* fish! Just because it's natural, that doesn't mean it's completely harmless when used incorrectly.

Worked like magic!!! Happy customer!!! 🤗
Amazingggg I just received this item yesterday and used it on my pleco... he fought with another pleco and got horribly wounded. This morning I wake up and all the fungus on his wounds are gone. It looks completely healed and I am so happy.... thanks....

5 times stronger than regular Melafix, 25 times stronger than Bettafix
Great potency for the price but so strong you have to be careful not to over-dispense

This is a very good concentrated product if you have many aquariums. It works to cure physical damage on fish and to treat bacterial infections. I recommend this product.

Great value for your money, cured a few wounds my cichlids obtained from battling each other. A staple that anyone must have if having fish really, but its essentially just some tea tree oil with other natural additives that help heal... like aloe. This is a much better value than regular melafix, since its very very concentrated, same thing as seachem prime vs seachem safe. I use 7 Milliliters in my 75 gallon tank, and have no problems whatsoever.... 1 ml per 10 gallons, it does have the usual measuring cup on the top of bottle too.

Excellent produit. Ce produit est comme ma « trousse de premiers soins » pour mes poissons Koi. On espère toujours ne pas en avoir besoin, mais dans le cas contraire, je suis heureuse d’avoir cette bouteille sous la main…
