This is a no joke belt, the velcro is awesome and the 2 ply thickness belt doesn't dig into you light some people might think. So worth the money if you are a powerlifter or for strongman training, so secure when you squat or deadlift, absolutely worth the money if you are a serious lifter. Will buy again if I ever have to.
