Great quality
Pictures on mug were great. I would suggest whatever picture you use, make sure it has good lightning, so any dark color will show too dark depending on the color of the mug. I noticed that with some dark shadows in one of the pics and the glossing applied to it. it was the picture so that's why 5 stars. Thanks

Perfect gift
Purchased this for a birthday gift. I was able to add 2 pictures and a quote. Absolutely loved how easy this was to customize! It made an excellent birthday gift and I'll definitely purchase again.

Fast and easy -
The only downfall was that they don't offer any "gift packaging" since it was a Gift.. and I'm sure most are purchased as a gift. It was sent straight to my person... I would have liked a little sparkle to the packaging and presentation. Quality cup and as expected otherwise.

Perfect gift
I got this as a gift for a family member who needed a new bulldog mug. Using pictures of bulldogs she raised I made a collage which I then had put on this mug. The quality and size of the mug were great!!
