Good backup

Unable to switch from Mains to Inverter while the game is in session. Same when tried for Microtek legends works without flaw. See attached customer slip for the compaint. The worst thing is mechanic that came says that its works without console being On. I told him the issue is that swutching is nit happening from Mains to Inverter when Game is going on and the console require its most power. To this company guy says its not inverter compatible, i showed him UPS box where it says Generator compatible. I asked him if Genertor signal is better than Digital Inverter signal, so his face went down. He last says that write your concern and he will forward to head office. Its been 2-3weeks no response back from company. And yes one more thing Luminous customer care says that ontact Schneider electric who is providing support for their appliances. So think before you buy Luminious products.

Best for gaming pc. The pc running around 35-40 minutes in 24 inch monitor and without graphics card. With graphics card running 25-30 minutes.

The battery back up is literally zero after just 11 months of usage. I don’t even have that many power cuts. I have had less than six power cuts during this period. Even when there was back up, it was always less than 10. The load connected to the UPS is less than 275 watts. Most of the time the Lord is even less than 150 W. The loads are mainly- 2 raspberry pis , 1 10 port Network switch, 1 4 hdd nas, and two ISP equipment. After 11 months, when the power failed, the UPS went off without any warning. Even today, there is no indication on the UPS to change the battery. Along with this UPS, I also purchased another UPS of similar rating from another brand, which is still giving over 20 minutes of back up with my desktop, monitor, speakers and chargers.Apart from this, the UPS is fine.

One of my worst purchase. Plug has broken on arrival. Raised replacement request. After 1.5 months also no one has come for pickup and replacement request has been rescheduled forever.After lot of follow-up, I fed up and I replaced the broken plug with 12A 3 pin plug as my work is getting effected. It worked for me a week properly later it started beeping continuously though no power cut.I have seen bad reviews for other UPS but trusted luminous. Luminous site is not providing authorised service center location near my hometown. Waste of money.

Product stopped working in 6 months. Have been logging support cases since last one week. The vendor named Laser has been assigned by Schneider. They have not responded yet. Horrible support.
