If you're Adndaaul retentive like me you'll love this thing. Dragging hose around and not fighting the rotation is a big time saver and makes life happier at the end if the day. The quality of what I received was top notch so those other reviews may have received fraudulent returned merch.

Every once in a while, I see something built to last. Not very often, but rarely. This is one of those cases. This thing is built to last the ages. It's one of those things that has such a solid feel that I get a bit of a thrill out of just holding it.I installed it onto my pressure washer hose and tried it out. Works great. Looks good. Feels great. The swivel point does not leak. Yet is spins with very little friction. I believe I'm going to be enjoying any usage of this item for decades to come.

I bought this swivel and a couple of cheaper ones. I had the 14mm hose and handle so I did need adapters but this one has done several washes. The cheaper ones worked for maybe 3-4 before they didn't even swivel when there wasn't even pressure on them. This one just keeps working. Well worth the the few extra dollars.

I had this piece saved in my shopping cart for maybe a year. Just kept thinking to myself is it worth the money? I mean, almost a $50 piece without tax. I was very hesitant due to having a cheaper version but it is very stiff. It does swivel under pressure but I still found my self fighting with the hose as it would not straighten out on its own as should with a swivel. Upon receiving the Mostatic piece, I was disappointed at first. May have been judging too early on my part. Out of the package it felt just as stiff as the cheaper version that I own. However, it broke in very quickly and it swivels like a dream. My hose untangles much more freely now. Worth the money. Save your self the time and just get this version.

Last season I bought a swivel and it still kicks no issues. This year I bought a 2nd one for a separate set up and it has to be a bad batch it leaks terrible. Had to return it and trying out a 3rd one now.

This swivel is great quality and works flawlessly under pressure! All the other units sold here for a fraction of the price are cheap Chinese knock off's and don't hold a candle to the quality of this piece. Don't spend your hard-earned money on Chinese junk! Buy this once and you wont be disappointed! No leaks, excellent machine work, and swivels super smooth under pressure.

I thought well, so many people can't be wrong. See it for yourself in my pictures.I would have been ok paying $12 for this, but not $40Raise the price of a product, and people will think is better. It happens all the time...The metal on the swivel wasn't the worst, but way less than desired for the price. Dirty, poorly machined, bad finish; just look at the Mosmatic attempt to create a hexagon... Even metal pieces from the machining process left in the swivel, because for $40 a piece we shouldn't expect a person to blow each piece with an air compressor...Just so you know, real professionals don't use Mosmatic stuff. Do your own research, there are many reputable American companies making way better and way cheaper products than Mosmatic. Even when some of their products are made in China, they are still much better made than anything Mosmatic does.People are talking here about smoothness. Since when smoothness is a symbol of quality on a swivel? I get it, it can't be hard as a rock, but I have a $40 gun with an integrated swivel, and it is at least twice smoother than the Mosmatic, but that doesn't mean is better or that is going to be more durable...Avoid this brand for everything. Mosmatic doesn't even make many of their products, just rebrand them, as is the case with their pressure guns. You can buy the same gun from the real manufacturer for a third of the price...Do not fall for this so called "european quality" fraud.

Edit: 6 month review - still working as it did on day 1, even after accidentally letting the lines freeze. Another fitting near it broke, but not the Mosmatic.If you know Mosmatic, you know they're the best. I installed this about a month ago and it has been perfect ever since. Swivels without any resistance, keeps my wrist from getting tired of fighting the hose, and keeps it from twisting up.10/10 recommend if you use a pressure washer often.
