We have had this scale 6 months. It worked great then stopped working suddenly displaying only gobbilty goop. The manual is incomprehensible and a You Tube video on how to calibrate the scale didn’t work. At this price I would expect it to last more than 6 months.

Nice scale. Love that is has a rail for patient to hold. Easy to assemble. Came quicker than expected.

Very sturdy - and heavy. The photo is of the connector at the end of a short wire that comes out of the indicator, which should be attached by two screws. The package arrived with one screw missing. I contacted the seller, but Amazon didn't provide a place for this photo, which shows the tiny missing screw.

Purchased to use in a doctor's office, as our other scales were limited to 350 lbs. Several patients could not be weighed accurately. Likes: Accurate, easy to set up, easy to use. One benefit not mentioned is that is does have an auto-off feature to save the battery life. The bar makes it easy for the frail and the elderly to hold on to for accurate weights without assistance. The step up platform is not that high, presenting little difficulty for most patients. Dislkes - none.

This was purchased for an office. It works great. Only complaint is it has to be turned on & tier almost every use. It's sturdy & accommodates all patients well.

First one had a small defect that would not allow me to assemble it. Contacted MNM Scales and they responded quickly and sent a new scale. It is PERFECT! Thank you MNM Scales!

the scale does not work. Although the instruction booklet has lots of pages and lots of words, they make zero sense. There is nowhere in the instructions that tells you HOW TO TAKE A WEIGHT which is of course why you bought the thing in the first place.
