Have preformed well
These have done a good job for me and have held up well. They are worth the money if you need them.

Helpful tool for IVs
I used to be a phlebotomist and these were always so helpful. Now I’m a nurse and found myself wishing I still had some, so I bought a few and I’m glad I did! Now I don’t have to think about if the IV line roller clamp is clamped or not, I can just snap this on and off super easy, I love it. There’s other uses too that I’m just not thinking of rn, but it’s been very helpful.

Reliable, Lightweight Clamp – Great for Airway Control and Emergency Use
As a flight nurse, I purchased the Dravon Plastic Occluding Tube Clamp specifically for use in airway management, particularly to clamp endotracheal tubes during transport to preserve lung recruitment and prevent derecruitment when disconnecting from a ventilator. For that use, it has performed very well. The plastic construction is strong yet lightweight, which makes it ideal for emergency bags and field kits where minimizing weight and bulk matters. The clamp mechanism is simple and secure, allowing for one-handed use when time is critical. It fits snugly around standard ETTs and occludes airflow as intended without requiring excessive force. ✅ Pros: Lightweight and compact for prehospital or critical care use Works well on flexible tubing, including endotracheal tubes Single-use plastic construction reduces contamination risk Easy to apply and remove, even with gloves on Excellent for securing circuit pressure during transitions ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: The plastic feels a bit brittle, especially in colder environments — it hasn't broken on me, but I’d like to see a slightly more durable resin for long-term reliability. Would appreciate a color-coded option for easier identification during emergency scenarios. For professionals in critical care, EMS, or flight nursing, this is a solid, cost-effective tool to have in your airway kit. While not perfect, it delivers where it counts — in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Work great for G-tube
Purchased to clamp a new adult G-tube (PEG) that didn't have a clamp. Was tired of trying to manage clamping and giving meds/food and there being leaking. This clamp solved that!! Does not leave any marks in the tubing. Not sharp plastic. Tiny scissors though. If fingers are swollen/edematous they might not fit it the holes. The holes are about the size of a quarter. This clamp would also work for a Foley catheter.

They work great - for medical tubes
These work perfect. I ordered them because my kid has medical issues and we have to use a special kind of tube every day but I also need to be able to make sure it's completely clamped off prior to use. They clamp nicely and it's really easy to undo but not super easy that it unclamps itself.

Good For My Condition
I've been using this thing religiously on my feeding tube (G Tube). It's been holding up well and I use it numerous times a day. You know, I wish I didn't have to but here I am. If you need something for IV lines and feeding tubes to help clamp them - this is it. It's cheap and holds on to things super tight. It's light weight and small enough. The clamp is holding up with no damage to the plastic and I've been rough with it a few days because some days I just don't want to do this. Get one for now or get one for the future. Put it away in the medicine cabinet or utility drawer. You'll be glad you did even if you don't need it now. The price is very fitting. I'd suggest to get two. One being a backup.
