I have not started the capsules yet. I have the previous product of the powder form of the same. I appreciate Dr. Mercola's fermented products and trust them. I have used Turmeric one , fermented made by him, on a regular bases. I like that a lot.

I purchased the Mercola Organic Fermented Beets to help calm a gallbladder flare up, as beets help with bile flow, and I easily tire of eating beets.

Decided to count the capsules (something I'm usually not compelled to do). There were only 59 usable cspsules. The 60th was defective and not filled. I have never used this product before so I cannot speak to its effectiveness at this time.

Ordered this because of extreme fatigue and high levels of co2 in my bloodwork. It is nothing short of amazing! My energy level is 1000% better. Im moving more so am hoping for weightloss. Got my son on it who also has sleep apnea and he says his energy is way better as well!
