Weird magic
I first thought..."this is awkward. Am I doing it right? Is this really gunna help or just hurt me more?"Aside from being a little awkward to use (I chalk it up to my little hands) it really has worked! I only used it a few times per day for a few days and my wrist pain is basically gone! I couldn't turn keys to open doors, I was holding my wrist all the time, and almost went to the doc to take me out of work, but this weird magic thing is helping!

so I recommend starting very slowly
Device works, I may have overdone finger stretches initially on left hand and probably hyper stretched thumb tendons/ligaments, so I recommend starting very slowly. Clever device but exercise caution when doing stretches. I am a fit senior adult who plays tennis daily, my right (dominant) hand had no issues. The four stars (as opposed to 5) is to remind user to be careful and start very slowly.

Looks strong and well made. Looks very durable.
I am a weightlifter and need to counter-develop my grip so I don't get tendonitis or any other problem associated with exercising only the contraction muscles in my arm -- I need to strengthen my extensors, too.Originally, I was looking for a product called "Hand X Band" that I saw recommended on the web, but that one and every similar design had lots of reviews and photos showing breakage after various periods of time. Most of these products have "dedicated" finger-specific holes, so the products probably experience identical material stress every time they are used. Then I saw this product.First thing I noticed when I got it was how THICK the material is. I don't think I could rip it with my fingers if I tried.More important, I like that this product has multiple finger holes so I can vary the usage and not wear out one hole before the others.I don't understand why some people complain that the holes are too small. (???) HELLO! It's STRETCHY! The holes fit fine! (I'm a 6' tall man weighing 195 lbs.) And you can vary the amount you insert your fingers, which allows for different muscle exercises and strength of contraction.A little guide with various hand exercises is included (nice touch). I like the stress ball in the center, too. I can see me using this product for a long long time. I spend a lot of time driving so I'll probably be using it at least two hours a day.UPDATE:I just realized that Amazon defaulted to the single item when I clicked "buy", when I had wanted the three-pack! If you order, be sure to check which item is selected! Now I'm pissed, because I really wanted the 3-pack but I've thrown away the packaging and so can't return the one I got! Damn!

Awesome Rock Climbing Finger Exerciser for Amazing Price
I bought these for rock climbing to offset the strain I put on my fingers from crimps and pinches and to build a more total strength in my hands. They work great, are really strong, and help my fingers heal faster from slight injuries while also building up my strength. Don't think they are cheap because of the price. They are well made and work perfectly.

Helps relieve the pain of carpal tunnel /tendinitis, and strengthens the extensor muscles!
Has definitely helped with the pain I've been feeling due to my carpal tunnel symptoms I obtained from playing guitar without properly warming up for years. As a self taught guitarist, I've learned a lot of things the hard way. This thing has been a miracle for me in relieving my symptoms and allowing me to continue to play guitar.

Very Nice!
I wasn't expecting too much for the price I paid, but I was pleasantly surprised! They are not as thin as I expected which is great; seems like they will be more durable than the rubber band type. The pink one is supposed to be the softest one offering the least resistance. However, it was pretty firm. As far as the size is concerned, I wear an XL size in men's gloves. I was able to insert my fingers without too much of a problem. Remember, this is made of a rubber-like material, so it is meant to stretch. This is probably one of the very few times I have been happy with an inexpensive item I purchased from Amazon! Usually I end up with cheap garbage, but this time I feel I actually got more than my monies worth!

Great for your hands!
Awesome product. Good quality, and you can really feel a difference between the different resistance levels. I work in a lab doing a lot of fine hand work (dissecting and pippetting) and this is wonderful to make my hands stronger and keep them from cramping up and being in pain after a long day at work. Highly recommend using this in tandem with a stress ball to keep your finger flexers and extender muscles in balance.

I love these. I can already see my fingers are ...
I love these. I can already see my fingers are stronger after only on weeks use. When I first got them the orange one was the first to come out of the box and I could barely move it. I used the pink one for the first week then tried the orange again but I can get almost the full motion doing extenders.I only wish there were a tighter grouping. My friend has small hands and can't even open the pink one
