Delicious and a great value.
I'd never used ginger paste before, but a Dan Dan Noodle recipe called for it, so I decided to buy this. I normally just buy ginger root. However, the root always seems to shrivel and get funky and not last very long. This paste tastes just as good as root, and it lasts forever. It also has a great consistency and dissolves into whatever I'm cooking without being fibrous. A lot more convenient than chopping my own, and nobody gets a big woody chunk in their food.

This is the best
This is by far the Best Ginger paste I have found. Tastes like I ran Fresh ginger thru the food processor. This is now the product I will buy from now on.
