Cheap quality
It has a piece of plastic as cover for photo and this was so scratched that you couldn't see the photo clearly. Disappointed

Great product.
Very happy with this product! It arrived slightly sooner than expected and was super easy to set up. The sound quality is also great. I bought it as a gift to my son's best friend who moved overseas (China). His friend was overwhelmed with happiness when he received the picture frame and sweet messaged recorded on it. It's such a lovely personalised gift!
