Great Product
I ordered this for my 1994 Yamaha wave raider and it fit perfectly. The old switch was malfunctioning and would kill the jet ski after running for only 5 to 10 seconds. This fixed the problem and is running fine now. Well worth the money

Lanyard does not shut machine off
Update, company contacted me and sent me a new one. Works as it should. Satisfied.Switch cover is loose on bars no matter how much I tightened it which is not a dealbreaker but the lanyard does not shut wave runner off. I fell off ski and ski just kept going. Unfortunate, might have to return it. Judging by all of the other reviews, I was hoping for no issues.

Perfect Replacement for my '91 Waverunner
The media could not be loaded. This was an exact replacement for the kill switch on my '91 Waverunner LX 650. Works like a charm! To install, you will need to remove the protective cover off of the handlebars, and then unbolt the handlebars themselves to fish the wiring through the steering shaft. Took me about an hour total to install the switch.

Worked at first but didn't last
I bought this kill switch in 2022 for my 1994 yamaha RA700 waveraider. It worked at first but only lasted about 60 hours before beginning to fail again. During that time I kept the lanyard interruptor installed 24/7/365 on the kill switch to keep the spring from degrading. I store this waveraider in an underground storage cave year round except for the two weeks I use it each year, so it should have been perfectly preserved. This part should last a lot longer than 60 hours.
