This is a big flan mold, that being said it is the best one after buying a couple.

This was ordered for a replacement and I had a hard time finding the same size. This pan was the nearest to the size I wanted. (I ruined a friend’s flan pan and wanted to replace it)

The media could not be loaded. Great product for a party-sized flan. Does cook better and more evenly with a lid.

Good mold for making flan. Would prefer to buy a stainless steel one, but this one is good enough.

This fit the ten egg flan batter with the caramel syrup and six cups of other liquid easily. Although the lid isn't water tight, it does keep water from sloshing in when you slide your water bath into the oven. Just make sure the water bath doesn't go more than half way up the pan and your cooking time will be correct, and no water will get in. The lid is great for storage in the fridge so the flan won't get damaged.

I purchased this for my mom because she loves making flans and has seen other people use similar products. The flan comes out great but the bottom half of the flanera where it sits on the water turned completely black.
