Firstly, if this was good enough for Queen Elizabeth it's certainly good enough for all! Delicious and great for seasoning meat particularly for grilling. These are the only salts we use in our home.

This is the best salt on the market! We use it daily and when I saw that I was down to the last few tablespoons, I ordered another box! It arrived on time as promised. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the box arrived smashed. The salt was still contained in the plastic inner packaging so I will keep it.

The salt is fantastic, we have ordered it before. The packaging was destroyed in the shipping this time though. Thankfully the plastic inside didn't rip. But we like to keep the product in its box. Unfortunately, it wasn't transported safely and the box is in ruins.

It's a finishing salt, think of the sweet cookie, fancy bakeries have big salt crystals to balance and enhance that sweetness. This is it. Cooking a thick steak, and you salted the center with dry brine. Make it pop off with a big chunk of salt on the outside.
