Product came in well packaged, as a technician you want to do all the work and save money whenever possible, My cylinders were dull and shiny and my crosshatch marks were no longer visible, was going to have it sent out but figured what the heck I'll hone it out myself, ordered the cylinder sized hone needed did some research on how to properly do it, and came out how I expected, be sure to follow the procedures online, use the proper drill speed, and stroke evenly. Cylinders were saved and tolerance were well within the manufactures spec, this tool is a must have for someone that wants to save some money and is willing to follow the correct procedure.

I've been using ball hones for 5 years to deglaze a cylinder or 8. quick and beats using my sunnen hone for a quick between round touch up.
