Potency is good
I love all of the ingredients. There is a bit of a garlic smell when you take it. It’s pretty potent so it might make it difficult for some people if they don’t like that smell. Also, I learned it is not good to take echinacea for more than a couple of weeks at a time. I was taking this as a preventative but maybe it might be better to take it if you feel run down. I do think it’s a good product.

I started taking these because my memory was getting so bad. Within a couple of days I noticed a difference, I'm not searching for words anymore, these capsules really helped!

I couldn't take the flavor
This may be a wonderful supplement, but I could not stand the flavor and especially the aftertaste. If you are sensitive to flavors, be warned.
