I got open box and item was perfect

These are beautiful and sturdy and worked for plantation shutters on my sliding door. Vender was very helpful in picking the right size and shape. Great price! HINT: be aware of clearance between door/shutter and door handles and adjust accordingly.

They are sturdy, quiet and roll so smooth. I use them on all my doors. My only issue is the bolts are not long enough for a two inch thick door. Other than that, my customers love them!

This product was exactly as described and came with all the necessary parts needed to install correctly.

We finally got around to installing this track today, we installed the piece that holds two tracks together. I picked up one end of the track and that piece broke in half. We cannot use the track now unless we can find or make another piece to hold two tracks together.

Although the quality is good, the photo showing the item in use includes a rail. When it arrived it didn't have one l therefore sent it back. So if you need a rail included with the runners don't order this one. Otherwise its good quality
