I got this for my daughter’s birthday. It’s a sweet book with lovely artwork. The book is bigger than I expected but that’s not a problem at all. I’d definitely recommend this book.

Love this story

As an educator, I know that for young children it is very important for a book to have wonderful illustrations and the use of high frequency words that are predictable. This book is an educator's dream come true! In fact, I bought all of the books in the "Goodnight" series by Michelle Robinson and illustrator Nick East. My two year old niece loves them all so much that we have to read the whole series now before bed rather than just one book! I would highly recommend this book as well as Goodnight Digger, Goodnight Pirate, and Goodnight Tractor for young emerging readers! Thanks, Amazon for making these available on your website.

We saw this, my daughter and I, after reading "Goodnight Pirate". (We're a pirate family, with her pirate playset next to the barbie dream house)My daughter likes it fine, but the picky person in me wishes it had the same patter ad Goodnight Pirate. And a few times I really wondered about the rhyming being better.But that's a dad's opinion, comparing it to other books.I'm sure your child will like it fine.

My little girls ages 1, 2, and 4 love this story! The illustrations are phenomenal and I greatly enjoy them too! We purchased Goodnight Tractor first and I loved it. My 4 year old really wanted Goodnight Princess for her birthday (there's a picture of it on the back of the Goodnight Tractor book that helped influence her decision) and although it's a bit under her level she still enjoys it. I would recommend this book for ages 3 and under.

Became a favourite as soon as we gave it to my daughter (18 months at the time). She loves looking for the kitty. Cute book, not exactly amazingly written but little girls will love it.

Lovely book. Bought this as a gift for a 1 year old girl as my little boy loves 'Goodnight Tractor'. Just the right length for short attention spans and lovely pictures.
