Saves cutting out baking paper

I find these circles very useful for several different purposes, eg for lining cake tins, for putting between the top of a casserole pan and the lid to make a better seal. They come in different sizes, which is also useful. I find them much less bother and more economical than cutting circles of greaseproof paper.
