Done the job!
The media could not be loaded. After reading negative reviews I was skeptical but I’m glad I bought it as it worked perfectly and I even bought it ‘used-like new’ for a cheaper price, it was just the packaging that was damaged which is fine. Easy to set up just make sure you put the pieces on ‘umbrella style’ not like ’cups’ (which is why people were complaining on the reviews, duhhh!) use chocolate that has 30% or higher cocoa butter content, we used cooking chocolate bars from Tesco £1.50 each and used 5 bars (for 4 kids and 10 adults) so much cheaper than couverture chocolate, melting it first on the stove in a bowl on top of hot water. Use more chocolate though for a better flow maybe 900g-1kg for a steady flow for 5 hours. It stayed hot for as long as we had it on. Easy to clean in hot soapy water and ready to use again next time. Can’t fault it 🙏🩷

Great chocolate fountain
Ordered it for my baby’s party, it was an absolute hit for both adults and kids. Just make sure to use the chocolate intended for chocolate fountains (can be bought from amazon as well). Also follow the instructions carefully for to work properly! I just have to tick off a star cause it was so tedious to clean afterwards. Overall, a great product!

Excellent chocolate fountain
We are very happy with this chocolate fountain. It worked perfectly. We used it over an hour for a kids party. It is quite small but exactly the size we needed. Easy to assemble, easy to clean, no issues at all.

Looked fun for my grand children, but takes so long to melt a small amount of chocolate, children got bored with waiting

Ignore the bad reviews! Thanks to all the previous buyers who helped me out with questions before buying.Simple to assemble, make sure the bottom 2 bits are put on like an umbrella to ensure the chocolate will cascade properly. Melt the chocolate beforehand & I added a bit of oil too.Worked perfectly for hours during the party & was simple & quick to clean afterwards.Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don’t bother!!
This is rubbish, the temperature is too low to melt the chocolate so we did it in the microwave.... even then the power wasn’t strong enough to pump the chocolate round, we spooned it down to the layers to see if that worked, also added some oil as suggested but that made no difference at all! Complete waste of money.

Great fun for all
This is a lovely chocolate fountain, I wish it was slightly bigger like the original ones I have from the same company which is 8 years old and they don’t seem to do that one anymore, but it did the job and everyone loved it. Great colour too
