Very happy with the bulbs easy fit and good light and colour

Replacement bulbs for chandelier in living room. I purchased another brand which were supposed to be warm white…they were cool white and made my living room look like a doctor’s surgery! These on the other hand are a true warm white colour and are a perfect replacement for the 10W halogen bulbs I had previously. Only just installed them and so far so good, I will buy more from this brand, recommended.

Some reviews have mentioned the fact that the bulbs flicker. We have 15 downlights in our kitchen, and I recently replaced the incandescent bulbs with these LEDs. 13 operated without a problem, two of them flickered. I changed the bulbs, but the flicker persisted. Checking on the wiring on top of the cupboards revealed three power units. The two flickering units were fed by one of the 12v power units. I changed the power unit and the flicker disappeared. The lesson here is that it’s easy to suspect the bulbs when in fact, it may be the 12v power units, this has proved to be correct, as all of ours are now working without flicker. So in conclusion, I thoroughly recommend these bulbs, time will tell how long they last, I’ve give 5 stars for longevity in the expectation they will last, they run cool, use little power and provide a good light, and at the current price they are a bargain. Oh, and the wife likes them too😉.

I've had issues with G4 LEDs previously from several different brands. Generally they start off OK but after a short while they will start to flicker and or fail. In contrast these bulbs have been in service now for several months without any flickering or premature failure. They do not get particularly hot, unlike some I've tried. Light is a nice colour. They are just plug and play replacements, so no difficulty. They are quite small so fit in light fittings designed for very small halogen bulbs. For the amount of bulbs supplied, the price seems fair

I had a fitting with 8 Halogen lamps in a chandelier . Changed as I only had 3 left working . A point of note and , as.these are only 1.5W , it’s important to know that they could cause a flickering problem , that is not the G4 lamp itself . These are for Low Voltage use , so the fittings would have an integral transformer 240/12v . Transformers of this type require a minimum load to operate, if not they can cause flicker or shut down the output . A simple solution is to leave 1 of the old G4 bulbs in place if this occurs . I have seen some negative feedback on this product that would be down to this compatibility issue . I hope this helps .

Product all good and worked/fitted perfectly

Out of 6 bulbs on my light fitting only 3 bulbs could be used at one time. If all 6 were used the light didn't work. Not sure why. New light purchased now

Using these above my bed cabinets. Replaced existing transformer fed 6x G4 20w bulbs with these but they do buzz and flicker, so just left one original G4 in and seems to be stable without a buzz or flicker (suppose only time will tell) Brightness isn't as bright as my previous 20w but the hue is great and acceptable using less energy which is a bonus. One thing is they are longer and wider but slotted in ok for me with a tight fit. If you want buzz and flicker free then best get a LED Driver as well.
