Very close to the expensive snap on made catch bowls. Magnet is not incredibly strong but is a functional for sure.

Bought these because a guy at work had then and they are pretty durable and collapsible parts. Bases are heavy so they stay where you set them and the walls hold up well while filling up with nuts and bolts while taking machinery apart. Worth every penny.

I'm a mechanic and I have several sets of these collapsible trays. I much prefer them to the solid metal trays as they take up little space and are much lighter.

The media could not be loaded. These are pretty decent collapsible trays. Purchased these for a tractor rebuild and for the most part love them. With a couple of tweaks they’d be perfect. I plan on purchasing a couple of these for birthday, Father’s Day, and Christmas gifts.Pros:~ Space saver~ Holds multiple smaller items~ Easy to collapse/expand (no problems for someone with arthritis)~ Sticks to metal surfaces (holds nicely in place)~ Easy to clean (magnetic part removable- see pic)~ Price (some may disagree with me but I feel they are a good value for what you get, but I wouldn’t complain if the price dropped some)Cons:~ Limited to what they can hold (due to magnet strength and size of tray)~ Wish the magnets were a bit strongerI hope this company expands on this idea and makes larger/stronger ones. Would purchase more immediately if they did. Overall would recommend and they would make a good gift.

That these collapse either for storage or just to be a shallow parts holder is wonderful. Magnets in the base hold it in place or hold ferrous metal parts in the dish make them very useful. I might need a second set for the garage....

Product is very small. Too small actually. The magnets are weak and it doesn't stick securely to a metal surface. Also doesn't hold the nuts and bolts very well. Once the bottom is covered the items you place on top of the others don't stick to the parts below them. This is because they share the same magnet that holds it to the surface .Also the bottom side containing the magnets seem like a very thin plastic. the expandable tray is its best feature. The collapsible sides are it's best feature . Nice that they came in a 3 pack but needs to be at least 3 times larger to be of any real use. Tray filled up very quickly with very few 8 millimeter bolts. Really only good for very small stuff. Product would be great if it was quite a bit larger. It's capacity is way too small. Also needs MUCH stronger magnets. Spilled tray a couple times and EVERYTHING fell out. Not good for auto repair.

From the pictures and descriptions, you're getting what you see. I'm not sure about durability and strength (in case you're using these trays in a machine shop or an industrial setting), but for personal use, these are perfect for smaller projects or arts and crafts around the house. My only complaint is I wish I had more of them in different sizes and more colors. You'd be surprised how even the most seemingly simple electronics, furniture, and appliances have so many different screws when putting them together or taking them apart.
