Stops snoring!!
This product has done wonders for my sleep and for teeth grinding problems. If you can overcome the initial strangeness of having this in your mouth it brings real benefits. I very rarely snore or wake up with a very dry mouth. Persist to achieve really good results.

See your GP
Mouth guard did not work to stop snoring. Uncomfortable and difficult to sleep with it in. Have seen a doctor since and had obstructive sleep apnea. Consider seeing your GP before wasting money on things like this

Does work but not very comfortable
This product started off really good. It does stop snoring. I found it difficult to keep in at night and it kept me awake as it was hard to swallow wearing it. It was just a little bit too small for my mouth.

Too small to work for me
I've tried a few of these type of devices but the one that worked was discontinued so I bought this two months ago. This one is not great for me - it's too small to effectively hold my jaw in the correct place to prevent snoring. Maybe I've got a big mouth? It's easy enough to mould, instructions are clear, no other problems. It just doesn't do what it's supposed to.

I have used similar devices for years - this one actually works, much to my surprise!
With this product, I would say DON'T put it in boiling water when you receive it, no matter what the instructions say. Wash it, get a pair of sharp nail scissors and trim every last little bit of plastic moulding excess plastic, because you will notice these little bit sticking out when you're trying to sleep. Now, washed and trimmed, put it in your mouth, try both ways up, one seems to be a little more effective than the other. If it really doesn't work for you because of the shape of your teeth or jaw, then that's the time to get the boiling water going. I am used to wearing these types of devices of course, and I have settled on the first type for the last few years but paid a lot for them. These are a hell of a lot cheaper and last night I realised they work just the same, so I do recommend them.

It works!!!!!
I bought this as i snore really bad!!! (So my husband tells me) it was getting so bad, he was sleeping downstairs on sofa!! I tried nose clips that were rubbish and came across the sleep guard and the reviews were very good. As it was reasonably priced thought i would give it a go. Instructions are on box and easy to mould. First night i wore it felt a bit strange and felt like i had a good sleep and husband said I wasn’t snoring but breathing sounded a bit louder but the main object was I WASNT SNORING!!!!! I did have to rub some bonjela on my gum after second night but my gum is fine now and its very comfortable now. I do put a bit of lip balm on my lips before i go do bed as they can feel a bit dry. Been wearing a few days now and can honestly say this has helped!! No snoring (or very quiet than what i was) and i feel like I’m sleeping better as i use to wake up with huge bags under my eyes. It will probably last about a year, but defo money well spent, my only gripe is…. Wish i bought this sooner. Thanks again

Waste of money
A complete waste of money. Uncomfortable to use, keep waking up with a dry mouth so had to make sure i had a glass of water next to me. Also come out in night. My wife filmed me with it in and i was still snoring just not as loud. So i still keep her awake at night and wake up more my self having to drink water because of a dry mouth.

Seems to work
My wife was ready to kill me because of my snoring, so took a leap of faith and purchased this, as snoring sprays didn't work. Easy enough instructions and to fit, although takes a little getting used to, this is now 3rd night in a row I haven't been punched, shouted at or sent downstairs into purgatory. If you snore, for the price it's available at, it's deffo worthwhile taking a punt and getting one
