I have to say, I am very impressed with this brand of inositol. I was taking another brand of myo inositol at the time these went on sale on amazon, but I liked the look of these better as they also contain folate, and the bottle contains 90 capsules. The other brand I was using only had 60 capsules at the same price, making them better value for money!I have noticed a massive difference in these from the other brand I was using.I feel they have helped with my severe PMS, my appetite has definitely reduced since I have been taking these, and I have also managed to lose a few lbs. I have also seen a difference in my energy levels, I don't tend to feel tired and sluggish as much throughout the day.Previous to taking these, if I hadn't eaten in a few hours, I would get the shakes and feel faint but I've not felt that at all since I have been taking these.Not to mention, the big improvement I have seen in my mood/mental health.I have taken these for a full month now, and I will definitely continue to use them!I am currently in the two week wait of my cycle, so I'm hoping they will also help us to conceive and grow our family.We have been trying now for almost 4 years, so I will be sure to update this review if they help us!***Update*** These inositol have actually worked, first full month of taking them I have just found out I am pregnant. After 4 years of secondary infertility. Highly recommend these to anyone that needs them!

I have pcos after my surprise miracle baby after trying for nearly a decade I to my amazement fell pregnant in fact I was nearly 8weeks and did not have a clue until I thought one day actually this cycle been quite long this time and I was absolutely gobsmacked to realise I was pregnant! My miracle baby fast forward to now and he is now 7 and half months old I was still waiting for my 1st postpartum period to start getting concern that I was still waiting for 1st cycle after baby I did some research and came across these tablets read the reviews all good so thought why not try them. I felt like I needed more energy, help with sleeping, and felt like my body needed help with rebalancing my hormones again. These arrived on 29th April and sure enough my period started 4th may so they must work. On the plus side my period pains are hardly anything to what they was before my surprise pregnancy. They have made me feel so much better already. I will continue to take them and you never know just maybe they will help in the future with a 2nd miracle baby. Pcos is a struggle it can be draining at times nice to have a product that can help us women who struggle on with it. I wanted to share and give hope and baby dust to all of you trying for your baby. Keep going one thing I did do different before I found out and that was eat a healthy diet have lemon and hot water daily to replace my coffee in the mornings lost a few lbs weight but just ate healthy didn't starve myself. Had lots more water then I normally would. I believe these tablets will help regulate my cycles for now on and boost my energy levels I definitely recommend.

Delivery was a very quick. Packaging was perfect all sealed up. Starting inositol today so hopefully this goes well. I have PCOS and my periods are irregular but however I dont ovulate so hoping that this will boost egg quality. Will come back in a month to do an update.Wish me luckUpdate. Hey guys so it’s been a little over a month of being on these and I can say they seem to work great for pain and calming some symptoms. I don’t get nauseous or cramps at all anymore.My cycle is usually 77 days long but the odd month it can be regular but this cycle dropped to 59 days so I guess it’s working. Haven’t checked ovulation improvement as i feel it’s a little too early maybe after 3 months xUpdate: I’m on the third bottle and sadly I haven’t come back with food news. So my PCOS being it’s usual self; I’m on CD86 and my period is 53 days late 😭. I still have no pain which is a plus as I used to get pelvic pains/cramps a lot. I haven’t been resting for ovulation as I promised myself il wait until my 4th bottle to try checking as it gives my body a good 3 bottles to adjust. Due to Covid I wasn’t able to be home to get my parcels so I have missed like 4 days in between bottles as I was working.I’m hoping as I’m on the third bottle my period would come back again.
