Best inserts I’ve ever had
These are a life saver! I’m 5’3 and weigh 200 lbs. I have spinal stenosis, herniated discs and plantar fasciitis. I bought these inserts bc I cannot afford $200 orthotic shoes. I even have a pair in my Ugg slippers! They cushion my sore heels, they help my flat feet and they’re made well of durable materials. I did not have to trim mine. They’re sturdy yet comfy and are super functional. They fit in my sneakers, slippers and my slip on viral sneakers. I recommend if you have sore tired achy feet or spine issues!

They slide right in! Safe
These insoles are true to size and slide right in the pair of shoes they're designed for without any cutting or any work. They have stood up during 12-hour shifts in my Ariat cowboy boots. I even went to the gym and did squats in my cowboy boots after a shift to test them and I was ecstatic about the balance I felt! They have a special bubble in the center that adds unrecognizable pressure to the middle of the foot and is a beautiful thing. This review was important for me to make so others purchase these. 100% love these

Definitely the best insoles I’ve tried.
Context: I have neutral arches (not low or high) and I suffer from ball-of-foot pain specifically on my left foot.I was playing around with different insole designs to see what could help relieve the pain, and I struck gold with these. The arches are quite high and rigid; the first day or so were a bit uncomfortable but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I read that you need time to adapt to new insoles. I’m glad I did. These insoles have now turned my most uncomfortable pair of sneakers to my favorite. My feet feel very supported, and I don’t get that ball-of-foot pain I usually get. I can’t speak to durability quite yet since it’s only been a week or two, but I’m pretty satisfied with this purchase. Try it out!

Great Arch support
My arch definitely feels way more supported! I have super high arches and most shoes just don't have enough support for me. So if I'm standing, walking, alot in a day my feet feel overly confined and kind of crampy. So, I got these to put in my hiking shoes and they helped 97%. My only complaint is the big arch is a bit back towards the heel. I think if it was forward just a smidgen it would be perfect.

Good quality, but the metatarsal pad was large enough to be very uncomfortable
Feels like good quality with good heel and arch support, but the metatarsal pad is very aggressive. Material was good enough that I was able to grind off some of the padding with a Dremel to adjust the fit, but I think it will impact longevity since the top layer was lost to the modification. If you only want a bit of metatarsal support, I'd suggest looking for a different set, but if you need a giant pad under that region of your foot - this is the insert for you!

Quality at a low cost
Quality insert for the money. You would have to may $100's for a similar item at doctors office. Works well for my husband and purchased the more pair so that he wouldn't have to switch between shoes.

They seem good
I think I like these…?? I’m not real sure what different there is between using these or not, but they feel ok. They fit perfectly into my shoes and formed nicely with my feet. They seem pretty durable.
