MOSISO Plastic Hard Shell Case & Keyboard Cover Skin & Screen Protector Only Compatible with MacBook Air 11 inch (Models: A1370 & A1465), Light Violet

I have bought a new MacBook, and was a little worries for my keyboards to have the "overused look" as well as the possible scratches that could appear on the surface of the notebook itself. I started searching around for the best possible keyboard and MacBook covers. First I bought a cover which was more of a case and it did not fully need my needs, since every time I took it on and off I was worried that something might go wrong also it was taking too much space on my bag. I then ordered "Mosiso Plastic Hard Case with Keyboard Cover with Screen Protector for MacBook Air 11 Inch" and am really glad and satisfied with this one. Have been using it for more then 2 months for now and have got no complains whatsoever at all. The packaging was also neat and nice. I might seem not very critical, but I just cannot find any disadvantages so I will list the advantages (in my opinion). Pluses: - its a combination of keyboard cover, MacBook cover AND screen protector! - I ordered the black one and the apple Logo is clearly visible, which makes it look pretty nice; - its pretty light, doesn't add up almost anything to Macbook's weight, but at the same time it's pretty strong; - the texture of the case is leather-like and not slippery, which appeals to me a lot; - keyboard cover sticks to it and fits really well! (little likelihood of dropping it!) - on the bottom it has tiny feet which are also super anti slippery (I also got a set of 4 feet to change in case of loosing!) - the price, since I am a college student its important for me when the items are affordable, also you get several items for one low price!

This is the third time I’ve purchased these cases and I love them. Great price and I’ve owned my computer for four years now (not a scratch). They’ve never broken on me, just personal preference to change. I’ve had teal once and black twice. They clip and secure to my laptop very well (MacBook Air 11inch) the keyboard cover fits perfectly but I can tell slides around side to side so I’m not sure how long I’ll keep it on. Rubber bottoms and small vents are on the bottom of the case. I have a sticker on the cover but you can see the logo with a bright enough screen. The Black has a matte looking finish but over time you can see the oils from your fingers, but not bad. Doesn’t bother me at all. The cover allows access to ports on the side. I also purchased amazon basic zip pouch. **3 years later** Has protected my laptop this entire time. I finally cracked it! That’s how surprisingly sturdy this is. I am just now getting rid of the keyboard cover because it’s worn. I could clean it because it’s like a waxy buildup and I haven’t taken care of it. It’s fully protected my keyboard and my laptop looks new. The matte finish absorbing everything it touches is something I would avoid next time around. I will probably order another one soon. Still amazed at how this held up for the price…and that my MacBook Air is still kicking it! Highly recommend!

Fits my MacBook Air perfectly

I purchased the purple shell case for my 11 inch, mid-2012 MacBook Air laptop. It fits great and does not feel cheap at all. The only thing that was a con for me was that the screen protector did not fit my entire screen (shown in pictures). Also, it has the shop name on the space tab which isn’t a big deal to me however, I will be labeling it with a label maker sticker lol. Updated: The case smudges very easily! I’m not sure how to clean it off.

The cover is a pretty lilac/lavender color. The case was difficult to put on but once everything snapped into place it is pretty solid. The keyboard cover fits a little wonky but it’ll keep dust out which I’m happy with. The only downfall is the tabs that snap into the keyboard portion of the MacBook are right at the wrist and are annoying while I’m typing. I cut a piece of the foam sticker that came with the anti-slide stickers they included to try to cushion it a bit (as shown in first photo) but it doesn’t really help. Overall, for the price, I’m satisfied.

Great fit. It was a little finicky to put on the Macbook Air at first but once you get it on it fits great. Nice and snug. I like the keyboard cover, I have not had any problems typing with it. Overall, very pleased with the product.

The cover fits nicely on the mac, the top is actually quite hard to remove. The texture is pleasant to the touch, though a little prone to finger prints. Overall it looks nice on the mac (I ordered the black version). BUT - and that's a big one - the cover isn't properly designed. The 2 parts touch each other in the back of the mac, where the hinge of the screen is. In a nutshell, the bottom and top cover don't allow enough room in the back for the hinge to work properly and will block your ability to open the screen after a certain viewing angle. As for the screen protector it's probably the worst I've ever seen on any device and ended up being thrown away after 10 minutes (impossible to remove the many bubbles). It's subjective, but the keyboard cover is really unpleasant when you type. And if, like me, you don't have a regular US keyboard, then the keys aren't even in the same place as the cover. Bottom line: stay away from this product unless you're willing to limit the viewing angle of your mac. Overall despite its good looks and nice touch, this cover limits the
