Upright Bundle: GO 2 Posture Corrector & Black Magnetic Necklace

I sit at my desk all day, and have been developing back and neck issues... I've tried a lot of stuff, and as much of a gimmick this thing felt like it would be, I gave it a chance... It's not going to magically fix you, you have to be actively be willing to try and correct your posture. This is just a reminder that "hey you're doing it again", I have it set for 15 seconds so it doesn't happen every time I lean over to something. Treat it as a tool and this thing has helped me develop a habit in my head of remembering to stay sitting straight. Back and neck have been feeling better. Highly recommend, but don't get the stupid neck strap thing, the stickies are fine, and I use prob one sticky tape every week, as long as you keep it in the case and it doesn't get dirty when it's not on you, it'll re-stick well for a week

The necklace is so comfortable I forget I’m wearing it and I think it does help me straighten up and be aware when I’m slouching. As I’m stuck at a desk all day, I wear it while I work

I've tried posture shirts, straps, vests, etc. This works better than all of them and is easier and more convenient to use. You can configure the parameters such as how long to wait before notifying you that you are slouching and you can see what angle you are leaning very accurately on the app. Calibrating the device is super easy. It's definitely worth getting the necklace rather than using the stick on pads. I wasn't sure if the necklace would work as well as the pads, but it does.

When trying to download the app, I was taken to an unsecured site. I decided to use the device without the app. It was very inconsistent. Too complicated for me and it was returned.

I have been using this for a few months now. It does one thing very well -- it vibrates if you hunch forward. However, it has no way of detecting if you are slouching in your seat, so if that is a problem for you, you will need to watch out for it yourself.The necklace does nothing to keep the device in place either, so if you are walking with your back straight, the sensor will be bouncing around and you will end up with practically no time logged.I assume they would rather you buy the extremely overpriced tape. Don't. Instead, use some cheap double sided medical tape. One roll is less than the price of a single refill of the Upright branded stuff, lasts for months, and works better.The app is also annoying to deal with because it is constantly losing connection while you are on the move, such as if you are walking around downtown. This can be rectified by toggling the vibration on and off using the physical button, but it's still annoying to deal with. I sent in a support ticket about the app, and the reply I received back was to turn it off and on again. Which I can confirm does nothing. In other words, they don't care enough to fix the disconnecting problem.In summary, this is good for stopping you from hunching forward while sitting, standing, or walking IF you use tape. If you do, get double sided medical tape instead of their custom stuff and it will save you a ton of money. If you are trying to work on a backward slouch, this won't help with that.

I received the Upright Go 2 posture device and magnetic necklace 3 weeks ago and have worn it almost all day every day since, always on the necklace. The Upright Go 2 has definitely helped to make me much more aware of my posture issues and I feel myself standing straighter all day. That makes me happy, even though I laugh and say the buzzing vibration annoys me! Every time it vibrates I immediately straighten up and realize I wouldn’t even have known I was slouching without that buzz. I recommend both and would buy the magnetic necklace in another color or a few of them and would buy the device in black if that was available instead of always having the white one on my back and only the black necklace. They could have a lot more sales that way.
