It is amazing few lil things with the programming software like window is out of the display but you grab it and pull it. You can customise so much and it's simple. Great value hope it lasts long 🙂.

Used it for about a month, turned it on today and nothing not working at all. Don’t waste your money.

This fan worked for less than a month, it was not even switched on a daily basis as it is not warm enough yet. HOWEVER, when I did contact the seller they sent me a replacement fan which has stood the test of time. This time during the "heat wave", and it has been on all the time meaning I am the coolest person in the office. I was unlucky to get a faulty fan at first, but from looking at the rest of the reviews this does seem to be a one off experience. I am giving it a 4 star because I found the edditing software to customize your message a slightly hard to use, specially if you want to vary the colours as advertised. If you invest a bit of time in setting it up, it does work well though.

I received the fan and it looked good unfortunately I only got the fan and not the Mini CD or instructions and there are no places to download the software

Got this as a present. Everybody saw it loved it. It's practical and can be made to a personal gift with the programmable messages. I'll definitely get this again for gifts in the future.

Fan arrived on time, as described. Works well and is now my " Out of Office" sign at my desk! Brilliant little device! Keeps me cool, too!

Had the fan a while. Pros- good breeze for a small device. Virtually silent. LEDs are bright. Gooseneck is solid and holds it in place well. Cons- the blades can be off balance and cause a vibration. The software is only on a mini CD and not downloadable. Also the software, while doing its job, is awful to use and very slow. The fan head is coming away from the body and may fly off. Maybe due to the small vibration caused by the balance problem. I can’t trust it near my screen as if it does come off I’ll be looking at a large bill to replace the screen. As a fan it’s great but not that well put together.

Loved it at first! Have send a few times. Went to use it today & it won’t stay on. It act like it has a short. Looked into returning & it says it is past the returns date. Very disappointed. I would not purchase again & would not recommend wasting your money on this product!

Pretty great. Not much noise from it. Not too much air flow from it either, but thats not what I needed it for. WHAT I DIDNT KNOW IS THAT IT NEEDS TO BE PLUGGED IN TO BE USED LOL. But no worries. I was a little confused at first, the paper instructions it comes with are fairly helpful! The image I attached (in case it helps anyone) is how I did it. From the disc it came with, I copied the program to my pc (green square), then clicked the following. Though at first I clicked SETUP at the very bottom, which gave me a message about installing the application by hand. Im not sure if this is everyone's case, but clicking the setupx64 at the very top did the trick for me. Pretty decent product.
