Pros: leaves me feeling better/more hydrated than a plain glass of water. Helps with the excessive headaches I was getting from dehydration as a medication side effect. Tastes pretty good, goes down easy.Cons: first time I ordered the nuun box was open and 3 of the packets were broken, but second time it arrived undamaged. It's pretty expensive but effective in mitigating headaches so worth it. Salty taste took me by surprise the first time but now that I expect it, I like it.

This product is awesome for people who are lacking sodium and also need to rehydrate. The watermelon is beyond amazing......love it so much. The lemon tastes like that crap.you drink before a colonoscopy.

I used these hydration packets while training for my half marathon. The flavor is pretty good but it’s a little tart/sour. I felt that these packs quickly replenished my electrolytes and helped increase the energy I needed to push through those long runs

Low calorie addition with watermelon or lemon-lime flavor. Good for rehydrating after a workout. Daughter will be nursing her child in a couple months, and I remember needing to push fluids to attend to her and her little sister. Will be taking these to stock her pantry - as I know she will tire of tap water quickly and will enjoy the change up in flavor.

Nuun is one of the sponsors of a nonprofit/charity half marathon and 5K event in which I will be participating, so I wanted to buy the product, try it, and support the company because I support companies that promote charitable works.I got this because I love lemonade and figured this would be the one most likely to work of all the flavors.The powder combines well, and the packets would be great for transport. They're easy to open and to mix.Unfortunately, that's where I have to stop with the positives.Admittedly, I am not accustomed to electrolyte beverages, so perhaps someone else would like this more than I did. That said, the aftertaste was...very unpleasant. I detest energy drinks (they literally make me throw up), and there was the definite faint aftertaste that I associate (much more strongly) with energy drinks - a kind of diluted bile taste. Also, I think this would have tasted much better with actual sugar instead of artificial sweeteners. I'm also sensitive to the aftertaste of most artificial sweeteners and thoroughly dislike the taste, so that may have been a contributing factor. I pretty much choked the first glass down. I would like to find some way to doctor the taste, as I have to work out of doors in the mornings in the middle of a Texas heat wave, and I could use the electrolytes. I used room-temperature spring water; I don't know if cold water would help.I would have given it one star if I were rating this entirely on my own tastes. However, as stated, I have particular preferences that may skew the findings, and I freely admit that others might find this more palatable than I do. It may also simply be a matter of finding a different flavor.

Because of some prescriptions I have to take, both of which have dehydration as a side effect, I really needed something to help hydrate more effectively. I've tried a lot of the options out there (Optima, Hydrant, DripDrop, Hydrasurge, Kiss My Keto, the more-common ones like Gatorade and Powerade, etc.) and I found that Nuun and Hydrant actually work the best to combat my dehydration. Nuun has the advantage in taste, it actually has a flavor that I find excellent for both flavors included in the pack. For people who have to watch their sodium intake, Nuun does have quite a bit, so you might need to be careful there, but if you need a very strong hydration assist with a great flavor, Nuun is excellent.

I have been using Nuun Sport Strawberry-Lemonade tablets for months and they taste great. I assumed the Nuun Instant Hydration flavors would also taste good so I bought all 3 flavors. Unfortunately Strawberry Lemonade and Watermelon flavors taste awful!!!! Like really really bad. Lemon-Lime tastes okay but not good enough to drink 24/7. I have a medical condition that requires me to drink tons of water and consume lots of salt each day so I’ve been on the hunt for a good liquid hydration solution. I was excited when I found out that Nuun makes Instant Hydration packets because it doesn’t have the extraordinarily large amount of vitamins and/or bad ingredients that some similar products have. I thought this would be my answer! Nope. The Watermelon and Strawberry-Lemonade flavors taste so bad that I can’t even finish the packets I purchased. SO disappointing.

Bought a sample obtained from a local grocery store. Went on a 2hr mtb ride in hot and humid weather. Post ride recovery was usually supplemented by a major brands product followed by a refill. Used the Nuum after the next ride and felt I didn't need a refill. Every ride is now followed by Nuum. Also comes in the flavor I really like.

Please do not use UPS delivery service again. Especially in Australia.Product itself is ok, poor choice is delivery provider. Going to need to drink all of these just to get rid of the headache UPS has given me.

Product is good! Shipping is fast.But SG local courier who did the delivery was bad and 1st time i encounter this issue with Amazon. The package which contains the 16 small packets of electrolytes were completely damaged. Few packets have to be thrown away upon receiving.
