This is a nice real grass pad and large enough for very small puppies. However, my puppy refused to use it. She would lay on it for about a minute at a time but I could never get her to use it.

I've had two pads put together for 2 months and it is still completely green. We've had rain and it has kept the grass alive. If you take care of it, it will last a long time!

I've ordered three times from these guys. Every one has arrived with some bugs in the grass. The first batch was dead by the time it arrived. The second was good. The third was in the middle. Each patch of grass lasts for about 3 weeks with one dog using it daily. At this price (around $50 for two patches) it's not really a sustainable thing for us. The trays are also quite cheap and break just changing the grass. On the positive side, our dog loves the grass. It's also eliminated the smell we struggled with when using astroturf.

I ordered two pads of grass to stick together from this company here and that was as big as one XL pad from fresh patch for $45 when I ordered from them. I chose to order these pads because they had these trays for easy disposal and that seemed nice but this was significantly more money for the same size grass and it took a week to get here after I ordered it and one tray come almost completely dead and the other one came starting to die. It is just definitely not worth it for the disposable trays the grass comes on. I have never received dead grass from fresh patch and being as affordable as they are, I will absolutely be ordering from them moving forward.

Bought this to help toilet train my eight week old puppy. I thought the trays would mean I didn’t need to find a puppy litter pan to use with this sod. I was wrong I cracked the tray just living into the back of my car to bring on the 12 hour round trip to pickup the puppy. After we got home I put the tray in the puppy kindergarten I set up as a puppy proof safe place in my apartment. About a week later puppy started chewing the tray. Now she is at the emergency vet with a probable abdominal obstruction. I have thrown the trays out after I realized a good chunk was missing and bought proper puppy litter pans to house the sod. BE WARNED THIS PLASTIC IS NOT SAFE FOR CHEWERS OR PUPPIES. In terms of the sod itself it’s not bad it comes apart pretty easily though and leaves grass fibers everywhere; also not great for young puppies to consume. However, my puppy is making headway with toilet training. I really wanted to love this product but my puppy is possibly fighting for her life. This might be okay for a new rescue dog that is not an aggressive chewer.

I live the grass arrived green and thick. Nice to see in middle of winter. Just wish my dog would use it. She still is using pee pads so hopefully after another week or so she will get the hang of it. I will have to say it is heaving I could see a struggle with it getting it to the garbage can. Reviews say to order on a Sunday so grass doesn’t sit in truck over the weekend. Box came a bit beat up but otherwise intact.
