Does this fit size l bobbing that are used in the multi needle embroidery machines such as the pr670? those bobbing have no groove

I know it takes a standard bobbin from my brother and singer machines I havent tried my embroidery machine as I have pre wound bobbins But the battery runs down quite quickly ,its very handy if your bobbin runs out whilst sewing hope this helps

Can you use upholstery/extra strong thread on this?

I would think you could use any thread as the guide holes are quite large & the tension adjustable. The machine is Ok for what it is but I am underwhelmed with it.It often doesn't fill bobbins evenly and the tension is not consistent.

What is the maximum size of spool you can use ? And what type of batteries does it use ?

I’m not sure of the maximum size of bobbins I use the standard size. It takes two double A batteries

2 AA batteries. It came with batteries and I haven’t had to replace them yet
