Contractor perspective: horrible instructions, jumpy, bumpy soft close feature, parts are poor, seller doesn’t suggest resolves. If you want a headache then this is the product for you.

Had to change few things, like the wheels cause I did not like the peel and stick on the bottom. Made them bit to heave but concept good overall 👌

A lot if complex installation. Create a kit with the white frosted glass door included like other barn door kits on Amazon.

I love the way we can get a modern look to a barn door style but the directions are very difficult to work with. Luckily i can work with photos and videos but for a DIYer this will be an all day task. Hardware is fair i re framed the door openings so i added blocking in the desired areas for mounting which i suggest just for added security. I do not trust plastic drywall anchors. Here’s where i was scratching my head for awhile. THE SELF CLOSERS! Given i had a 30” opening and my door was 36” i figured 3” overhang was more than enough and surely it wasn’t. The self closers leave the door almost 4” to shy of closing great idea but i don’t see how this can work and conceal the opening as you wish. Some serious modifications are needed if you want to have the perfect close and opening. I had to modify the stop bumpers and use small L brackets to maximize my opening and closing. Overall GREAT design for the price but if you are a DIYer beware of the headaches.

I changed my review from a 2 to 5 star. I am a very handy guy and the door I made did not work well. After much debate and deliberation we gave the hardware another try and let a professional carpenter make a new door and it worked out flawlessly. Highly recommend just don’t do it yourself.

This is junk , very difficult to install , instructions are horrible. Built the door to fit the hardware Went to install it and the rollers on the unit bent making it in operable . Now I have a door built to fit hardware that does not work at all .

I had ordered this hardware to use on a customer's project. I did not purchase the door itself, the customer did. Upon trying to install (luckily before I routed the door for the hardware), it was clear that the door was not thick enough for the hardware. While I could have made it worked, I wanted to ensure that the door would remain secure, and I wasn't confidently able to say that. Due to the timing of my project, the return window had just passed on returning the hardware. After trying to contact the seller and not receiving a response, Amazon contacted the seller on my behalf and the seller replied stating, "Item passed return period, nothing we can do." I get that I was asking for a favor, but maybe a bit more "compassion" from the seller or reason for why they can't make an exception would have been much better than a thoughtless response. I will be selling the hardware and will not purchase from this seller again. Also - installation - the instructions it comes with on paper, tell you nothing, it's pictures and some measurements. If you watch the video on the product page, you'll get a better understanding of what you're supposed to do BUT if you do not have experience with free-hand routing, I would definitely not recommend this product as there are multiple areas and sizes that need to be routed.

Really great for apartments with not much space. Complicated, but take your time. We used one for a bathroom allowing for more space in the room and one for an entrance closet in a tight space. Love this product , so clean looking..no tracks above.

Utilisation journalière depuis juillet et voilà déjà un des rappels automatiques de cassé. Je me retrouve avec une simple porte sur rail. Vu le tarif , j'aurais préféré plus de solidité. Je ne recommande pas

Item has been terrible to try to install, the springs fell out, the device doesn’t slide. Poor quality overall Wouldn’t waste your money.

It's custom millerworker, it is good price and good quality product. But DIYer definitely needs more knowledge to work around with it.
