Easy to Use and Perfect Grind Every Time
I’m really impressed with this grinder. It’s incredibly easy to use, and the 16 grind settings make a huge difference. I love being able to control exactly how fine or coarse the coffee gets depending on whether I’m brewing drip, pour‑over, or French press. The results are consistent, the machine runs smoothly, and it’s made my morning routine noticeably better. Highly recommend!

Great Grinder
This is my second shardor coffee grinder. The first one lasted over 5 years. This one is much quieter and less static than the prior one. You get your money's worth with this grinder.

3 month life expectancy
Only worked for 3 months before it would just grind beans into large chunks. Grind adjustment no longer works. UPDATE: The seller reached out and made this problem right. Good customer service! I changed my rating.

Simple to use and gets the job done.
This product has a very nice look. I would have preferred it in the color red. 🤗 It is very simple to use. Grinds the coffee well. The only problem I have is it’s a little bit messy. Grounds are all over the place once you take the container out but other than that it’s great so far. I’m happy it comes with the two-year warranty..

Must have
Daily use and super durable and does a great job. Like it so much bought a second one. It’s a bit loud but if you want fresh grounds daily it’s worth it as it only takes a couple seconds.

Value, great performance, design and materials selection could be improveds
This is a very nice coffee grinder, easy to use, nice click step controls on the grind size and amount of grind.. One downside, the receptacle builds too much static (see photo) and when opening it up, it spills some of the grind and makes a mess. I’d suggest using a different container material to eliminate this static build up. I think that the company claims that they did this. They did not. Seem like an easy fix to me. This is one of two downsides I can find. The other? See the photo. Those coffee grounds are what spills out of the container after grinding. An easy fix would be to design the container (on top of using a different static free material) to have a spout that accept all the ground coffee with no possibility of it spilling onto the container platform and making a mess. These are easy fixes, so what not do them? Some of you have very lax demands on high performance. This thing is messy. I tried to find my old Zerostat that I bought in the 70’s and was used to remove static on LP’s. It’s lost. I searched for a new one. Cheapest was $98! That would remove static from the grind receptacle, something that if the container was designed with the right material would be totally unnecessary. After one year: I’m moving on from this grinder. The static problem is solvable but I do not think they’ve done anything. There are A LOT of complaints about it. I’m tired of cleaning up grounds everywhere. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS. FIX IT!

Great grinder for the price range!
This grinder is mostly a 5 for me, especially considering the price. For $33.99, I really wanted to try this one! I'm so far glad I did! I've been grinding our own beans ever since I found out that pre-ground coffee may have a higher amount of dirt and other things in it. But cheaper, smaller grinders break and are a pain. I like to grind a whole bag of beans for the week. This grinde is perfect for that! I love it's design with the grind settings and amount to grind. It doesn't feel cheap and worked so well my first time using it! The only reason I knocked it down a star is due to what others mention: the messiness when removing the canister. For me, for the price, it's a very minor issue. More expensive grinders seem to have this issue as well, so I'm content with this grinder. I hate scooping out coffee from smaller grinders and trying to avoid their blades. I don't have to worry about that with this grinder. Also, my last smaller grinder was a Cuisinart, which broke twice and they took forever to replace (it was still under warranty and made me just through so many hoops to get a replacement--I'll NEVER buy Cuisinart again!) and the second one has broken under warranty, so I am overjoyed with this beautiful SHARDOR grinder.
