I bought for my sister and I. We love these. People complained the large pretzels were broken too. That happens in the grocery store too. It doesn’t affect the flavor just gives us smaller pieces to eat. Love them

I love these pretzels and I purposely purchased a box hoping that they would not be broken but sadly the majority are broken and the very few whole pc are inside but still I like the taste of them and will eat them all thank you

What’s pictured on the box is not what’s in the box. One full pretzel with pieces in the bag in the box. Pretzels have minimal salt. With a Best Buy date of June 21, 2025. Sad Snyder’s used to have a good product.

My favorite pretzels. The price has recently gone up. I prefer the box over the bag.

Love the hard pretzels but disappointed in the shipping. Ordered 2 boxes one arrive open bag and both were pretty much bits and pieces instead of whole pretzels
