I have hair thinning problem😞 due to androgenic alopecia. So decided to try saw palmetto for blocking dht. Will use this product for 3 months to give a detailed review Day 1 - Just got the product delivered. The capsule size💊 is very big and is hard to swallow. Will update after using for a month. Day 7 - Till now taking 2 capsules daily morning🌄 and night🌌 as suggested. Seeing some baby hairs🧒 in my hairline. Don't know whether it will grow into a terminal hair or not. Day 14 - I started feel a little bit pain in my left testicle🏀. May be one of the side effects. So reduced the dosage to 1 capsules daily. Day 45 - I started to feel some baby hair growth in my thinning area. I can't able to see these hair properly. But when I massage my hair with my hand, I can feel some small hairs grown. Final verdict - This tablet helps in reducing dht buy relying solely on this product will not give results. My tips to overcome MPB 1) Use caffeine shampoo & conditioner.( I personally use hype body shampoo & conditioner ) 2) Take dht blocker supplements like saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, stinging nettle, pine bark, etc.( I am currently using oziva dht blocker ) 3) Use rosemary essential oil mixed with jojoba oil for hair ( Soulflower & Naturalis are good brand ) 4) Quit fast food & added sugar in your diet. 4) Include tomatoes, watermelon, pumpkin seeds, green tea in your diet. 5) Reduce stress by doing meditation. This method will not give u instant results. It will take a year see good results. Stop worrying about your hair and follow these steps and one day you will clearly see the results.

First and foremost this is not PAID review. Sharing my own experience. I was having lots of hair fall issues. I mean a lot. Tried taking multivitamin and biotin supplements but it wasn't stopping. I found somewhere that DHT could be one reason for hair fall. I give it try. Just 2 tabs per day within 24 hours and hair fall are just gone. I was also shocked how could it be possible in just one day. But it is true. And that's my story. If you try everything and If it didn't work, You should definitely give a try to this product.
