12" Cast Iron Dual Handle Grill Pan, Black

I love it!!! I,can grill my salmon, chicken, and anything else on it!! It cooks well and keeps an even temperature!! Excellent choice!!!

This pan works perfectly on my induction stovetop. I tried several square ones (which you'd think would be better for something like bacon but you need a smaller pan to fit within the induction "circle"). I've also tried much more expensive versions from other makers and they weren't nearly as good. By being round, the entire pan fits on a 12" "burner" and heats evenly. After several rounds of preseasoning, I've found it to be mostly nonstick. While those experienced with cast iron are used to the seasoning and cleaning processes, any kind of grill pan is going to require even more effort and this pan is no exception. Cleaning between the raised grills is most manageable with chainmail or a scraper (or both). Both are relatively cheap, and those with cast iron may already have this in their arsenal. Take your time to build a process, and you'll find that you can get this cleaned up with only a few minutes of effort. Again, this isn't a shortcoming of the brand or model but something you should expect with any cast iron grill pan. Finally, what I like most about this pan is that the grill actually works. I've tried others where I've felt the grill was more for show. They either just browned the area touching them or they were so low that there wasn't any fat drainage. Instead, with this you'll be able to cook like you're using the outside grill without leaving your kitchen.

Love using this indoor to grill a steak on. Easy to clean and a generous size that accomodates 2 decent sized steak. We use this pan at least once a week. Its very heavy and holds the heat evenly. We rinse with hot water and then apply oil for the next use. Never has gotten rust. We have alot of cast iron cookware and this was a great addition.

I have always wanted a grill pan, but they are always so expensive. Then I found this one and I could not be happier. I bought a steak just to try it out and it was amazing. I also do grilled sliced french bread with a bit of melted cheese for a breakfast treat, and it was amazing. I am so excited to grill my veggies next. Love the pan, perfect size too.

Cooking with cast iron is the best! I love my Lodge products. I use them on the grill more than in the oven or on the stove top. For some reason, using my cast iron makes me look forward to cooking. Maybe because it's easier and food tastes better. The weight, the quality, and the reasonable price makes this a no brainer. "Treat Yo Self" The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it can be a bit challenging to clean. I recommend a cleaning kit specifically for cast iron.

Myself and a group of friends go on several, away from home, hunting trips, as well as a good many local get togethers at our local hunting and fishing sites, and we are conservationists who, if it will not harm us, and we harvest it, we will, clean, cook and eat it. A visit to GoodWill, secured a perfect $5.00 padded laptop, or, in this instance, a cast iron pan, protective case. Works great. REMEMBER: TAKE A KID FISHING AND HUNTING!

It is what you'd expect. A good cast iron pan. I know as it gets more use cleaning will become easier. I love the flavor from cooking in cast iron. This is a good quality cast iron pan plenty thick enought for nice even heating.

The grill pan arrived chipped off in 2 areas, it will probably rust unless oiled in the exposed metal areas. Disappointing quality assurance by Amazon and Lodge USA. Other than that, it is a well-built grill pan. I could have returned it, but really can't justify the hustle.

My single handle grill pan seems to have disappeared 5 years ago. 😵‍💫 Thus I’ve finally replaced it with one that has dual handles. Will be a great deal more convenient ay my age. Ow I can cook a steak again without learning how to use the BBQ. 😁

Seit ein paar Jahren nutze ich schon Pfannen von Lodge und bin voll zufrieden. Selbst teurere Pfannen leisten nicht mehr. Mit diesen werkseitig schon eingebrannten Pfannen kann das Kochvergnügen gleich losgehen. Und wer sie immer nur mit heißem Wasser und geeigneten Reinigungsgeräten reinigt, der hat ein Leben lang eine tolle Pfanne. Für Würstchen, Hamburger und Steaks habe ich mir deshalb jetzt diese Grillpfanne bestellt.
