First time I had looked at this but when it came it was easy to put up and their is no egg as many others have as it is built into the tub this product I would recommend to friends and family

easy and quick to inflate, easy to operate and reheats quite quickly to required temperature after switching off overnight. very happy with this purchase and was a great price too x

Do not buy from this supplier 1st hot tub arrived faulty second arrived punctured now the third one now faulty only get one month warranty stay clear

Easy to erect , no messing around with plastic pipes like other son's and whisper quiet in operation

One button press for set up takes approximately 1 minute very spacious great buy will recommend and tell friends to buy

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Poor product design with integral zip that went faulty quickly. To be then told that this was an accessory and not covered by the warranty. This is factually incorrect and a disgraceful response to say it does not impact the product functionality. Please do not buy.

I bought this spa in July last year and it worked great all summer. But when I brought it out to set up for this summer it was completely DEAD!!On contacting mspa to get it looked at, they told me that at just 9 months old, with only 3 months of actual use it was out of warranty and wanted to charge me £180 to look at it!!! Considering that is only £18 less than it costs to buy I told them to stick it and have now bought a more expensive, hopefully better quality one from another maker.You get what you pay for I guess. This is a false economy.
