2007 Chevy Suburban
Instructions and photos aren’t really great, but it was easy to install. One hose comes from the valve cover and the other goes to the intake manifold. I bought the one with the breather filter and it whistles at idle. Have not checked at higher speeds yet. If the whistling gets annoying I’ll have to remove it and place the plug back in. I did need another 3 feet of hose. As for the product it was a good price and the it is made of good material and craftsmanship. Only time will show if the functionality works as stated, but so far it works fine and no leaks.

Pretty dope for 325xi ccv delete
Simple, easily installed, worked with aftermarket microguard PCV178 to delete 2005 325xi CCV. Washers and fittings all decently machined. Cool

Really decent for the cost
I have one of Evil Energy’s big catch cans I got years ago with the intention of putting it on my truck with a high HP Cummins build, but couldn’t find a way to make it work with the space I had. This can, I bought for my Dodge Charger and was pleased to see it came with a bracket to use as a mount. I ended up drilling a 3/8” hole in the tab bent at 90 degrees and sliding it under the bolt the air filter heatshield mounts with. The catch can material seems to be nicely machined aluminum; there was only a few burs in the small chamber where the small holes are drilled. The hose included is also a nice hose, my only complaint is the hose clamps included were awful. The first one stripped out before it was even close to snug on the fitting, and the second one just didn’t work at all. Over all, I’d buy again, the can itself is nicely made for the money, and it’s nice that quality tubing and o-rings are included, but stay away from the included hose clamps.

Quality part
Fits perfectly and works great. Removable filter breather. Really nice quality for the price.

Does its job
Pretty solid quality, just not a ton of hose included with it so if you plan on locating your catch can further away from your engine, be prepared to buy more hose. Overall though you can't complain for the price.

Evil energy trusted and tried
I’ve purchased multiple items from evil energy. Haven’t had one complaint about any products they sell. Easy to install, came with everything needed. No leaking issues. Capacity is great for my needs. So far has helped with performance seems to run smoother. It’s a durable design and material. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to always buy trusted products. And evil energy is a trusted name

Mount it where you can easily get to it.
It ( being Winter, in Kansas) took me awhile to install this... installation was easy once I found a suitable location... although they do supply a bracket and a hose and a couple of clamps, be prepared to buy more of both. The catch can basin screws off for emptying so put it where you can get to it... it has a removable dipstick to check when emptying is necessary ( nice touch). And it obviously works, the photo above shows how much oil it caught in ONE DAY of average mileage. And for the first morning since I bought this car, there was no blue puff on start-up. There's a wad of coiled metal included which helps trap the oil, but be careful about substituted material ( i.e., steel wool) that can come apart easily... the output hose is a direct tube to your intake manifold and you don't want anything metal getting sucked up in there. This engine is a new crate 5.3L in a 2005 Yukon. There is also an available cool looking mini air filter as shown, it goes on top but my engine ran really rough until I took it off and used the plug provided instead. And both of the people who drove it yesterday noticed improved engine performance. Shoulda done this a year ago.... ( edit added: these are great for the older 5.3 GM engines which don't actually have a PCV filter... the whole valve cover is the PCV so oil pretty-much just travels right thru back to your intake manifold).

Good brand! Bad quality of life.
3 stars, only for the simple problem that when I first ordered this kit, it wasn't just late. It was also missing literally everything but the catch can itself. No fittings. No hoses. No clamps. No filter. No Bracket. No Steel Wool. NOTHING. However, Amazon sent a full refund and replacement. I then received the whole kit as advertised. And the Quality is great. Good billet can. And everything else is solid. Keeps my minibike breathing !
