Yes it comes with both. The charger connects to a usb port so a wall plug or laptop will work. And the auxiliary cord can connect to any phone/mp3 player that has the auxiliary port. So you can listen to music without killing your battery using the Bluetooth option.

No, it does not cone with a case. DON'T purchase these JBL headphones, mine only lasted 3 months... Good luck

There is no microphone. Sound quality is horrible. I can't believe I paid $100 for them

I use them on conference calls every week. I am using them connected to my Mac Pro via IPhone. It is pretty sweet. I am really enjoying them more the longer I have them. Hope this helps.
