24V 40VA Thermostat and Doorbell Transformer, Power Transformer Compatible with Nest, and Honeywell, and Ecobee and Sensi Thermostat, Nest Hello and All Versions of Doorbells

Got the dreaded "not getting enough power' message thru the Eufy app. I knew exactly what needed to be done and this little one performed flawlessly. I already knew where to find the old transformer so once it cooled off in the attic, I swapped them out. I tested with Volt meter and was getting the juice as indicated. Fairly easy swap if you can find yours and know how to turn off the power to it.

Installed ring doorbell and it worked for about 15 minutes until it ruined my transformer. Bought a replacement from local hardware store and funny enough it did the same thing. After speaking to an electrician he recommended getting another transformer with a higher voltage or whatever so I found this one and thought I would give it a try. And it was perfect. Fixed ring doorbell power issues and continues to work great.

It works as advertised. My old transformer just didn't have the power to support my Blink Video Doorbell. I was going through too many expensive lithium cell batteries. If you have a problem with video doorbell battery life, this transformer may work for you like it does for me.

I needed a new transformer to install a new Eufy smart doorbell. This one was just as expected & provides plenty of power for the doorbell. I had no issues with install or use. Although only time will tell as far as durability, the product seems solid and works well. Wires coming out the back & screws on the front made it easy to install, along with the round mounting ring which allowed me to attach it to my existing plate easily & securely.

Great for stopping Logitech doorbell from overheating, which it kept doing with a 16v transformer.

Transformer output is 27.5 volts not the rated 24 volts. It should be OK for my use but if used with sensitive electronics it could be a problem.

After wiring this to local power and to the thermostat, we got nothing. I have missed my return window, so I will probably have to throw it out sadly.

This doorbell transformer works exactly as described. I'm powering an additional video doorbell I added to the main door we use at our home. It's size and shape are typical of transformers with these characteristics. So far so good. It seems to be supplying acceptable voltage for the video doorbell to function properly.If anything changes, I'll update here.
