Nice chalk pencils. Got them for my chalkboard calendar. They sharpened well, and weote smooth.

I specifically wanted them for highlights in coloring books and find them inadequate as they are a bit too hard for delicate touches of highlighting. They may however work fine for other purposes and the price is reasonable.

I purchased these slender chalk pencils based on my sister's recommendation, as she suggested they would be suitable for writing the orders for my mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary. What is particularly appealing about these pencils is that they are not like thick pieces of chalk; they write very smoothly and boldly, without any flaking, and they possess a strong white color that ensures visibility. I encountered no issues with sharpening, and they write well without becoming sticky or smudged. The pack contains four pencils at a price that is remarkably low, especially when compared to what one would typically pay at a learning or craft store. These pencils were precisely what we required for our chalk order placement signs, and they performed perfectly. So all in all, soft but not smudgy so very easy to use and had no issues with them breaking! If you look closely at the picture you can see the sign and the chalk!

Squeaky on my chalk board calendar, but they work super well. Not the easiest to sharpen, but they do not break easily while writing. Blows the ones that came with my U Brands chalk board calendar out of the water. Super white and erase easily. I was able to erase my sketches with just a wet Q-tip.

Good product I couldn’t find at my local store

Started to doing painted banners and these were great tracing letters and flowers. Didn’t show through the paint like other pencils do.
