AXT SHADE Sun Shade Sail 2.5 x 3.5m Rectangle UV Block Canopy Awning for Patio Outdoor Garden Backyard -Anthracite

Only used for a few weeks so far. Slightly rougher material than other sails previously bought, but certainly sagged less.

Not as expected

Easy to put up and the continuous edge strip loops through the eyelets which makes a strong edge. Also its design would make it easy to erect I. A number of different ways. Very versatile. I used ratchet straps and carrebenas to tension it a little between the trees in the garden. This gives more adjustability. I don't think the string supplied would be very easy to use. I haven't tried it in the rain yet. I can't imagine it being very waterproof as it is a mesh sort of weave rather that waterproof sheet. But I didn't buy it to be a waterproof covering. I just needed more shade in the garden.

Love this shade sail. We’d tried a polyester type prior and it was awful, but this sail is perfect!We have a 5.4m space and went for a 4m x 4m sail, and yes we have longer tension rope, but it is still ideal.Hint is to get some carabiners and some turn buckles to ensure it is well tensioned in each corner.Highly recommended, HDPE is so much stronger and rigid than polyester, and even though it lets some brightness through it is amazing at shading too.

Pleased with material & sizing

This is perfect in my garden blocks out the sun , but is not waterproof which is ok for me didn’t need it to be .

good quality and strong materialHas given us some nice shade on our decking.

The sail is just as described, and is doing a good job keeping the sun from blinding us in the conservatory.
