The media could not be loaded. Doing a bathroom renovation, I decided to go with a freestanding tub, a Japanese sitting tub to be specific. To fill this tub I decided to go with the floor mount faucet with the nickel finish. My house is about 15 years old and one of the features that I picked was all brushed nickel hardware and faucets. This tub filler matches my current hardware perfectly finish wise. They are a little different in style than my other fixtures but they are all close enough in color and finish so as to make this less noticeable.The finish: beautiful brushed nickel, low luster, smooth sheen. Finished is consistent without blemishes or imperfections. All parts have a perfectly matched finish from the spigot to the floor cover. The hose spiral may appears to be made of stainless steel, but the contrast of the metals adds to the character.Function: as you can see in the video, the spout rotates freely without issue. The lever controlling the water and temperature rotates smoothly allowing for easy operation. The lever controlling the valve for the spigot or wand also operates smoothly and allows for easy customization of water flow.Form: as I have stated already, this is a beautuidl faucet. It really enhances the high end look that I was going for with the fancy tub I had installed. The wand is a really nice touch. It feels really great on my back at the end of a long day when I'm sitting in the tub vs. taking a shower. It's also great to use to rinse off when you are getting out of the tub especially is the water is dirty. The only issue is that you have to be careful about how strong you have the flow set before you turn the water on. It can get away from you if it's on high and can really douse your bathroom.Customer service: I had bought this faucet about 6 months ago and just had it installed. If you have ever done a renovation, you will know that it can take 2-3 times as anticipated, especially if you are doing the work yourself. So having this faucet recently installed, we found and issue with the hose for the wand. apparently there were holes in the tubing underneath the spiral and when you cut it on, the water would spray in mutliple direction. Even after all that time, I contacted customer service via email and told them about this issue. In less than 24hours I got a reply that they would send a new hose, and a couple of days later I had the new one installed and have been up and running ever since.So in short, I think this is a great quality, beautiful, smoothly working faucet that is easy to operate and suits all my needs. Those things coupled with a company that eagerly stands behind there products makes recommending this faucet an easy choice. So if you are in the market for a floor faucet I would definitely recommend this product.

Faucet looks nice in our bathroom! It leaked when we first installed it, but I contacted them and they were very prompt to send us out a new one! Works great!

This freestanding tub filler is absolutely gorgeous in person! The brushed gold finish looks luxe and modern, and it totally transformed my bathroom. The gooseneck swivel spout is smooth and stylish, and the high flow makes filling the tub fast — which I love.Installation was pretty straightforward, and the handheld piece is super convenient for rinsing or cleaning the tub. My only reason for giving it 4.5 stars is that the hose does drip a little bit after use — not a dealbreaker at all, but worth noting if you're a perfectionist like me.Overall, it’s a solid, fab upgrade that looks way more expensive than it is. Love it. Just what was advertised

The quality of this is good, it was easy to install. once we got a feel for how the knobs work; we love it. I think this elevates the look of our stand alone tub. I would recommend this product.

It has been installed for half a year and used only once. The pipe inside went loose and water burst out. The ceiling downstairs was soaked and water was dripping. The quality is terrible.

Main water lines are just long enough to get through the floor. They send 2 small hoses to extend them but these are worthless. Do not use them. Tried 2 sets and both leaked.
