Polk Audio R50 Two-Way Floorstanding Loudspeaker (Black)

Good sounding floor standing speakers this is my first time hearing Polk Audio 🙂 And I have to say wow amazing just go ahead and purchase a pear It will put a smile on your face.part 2 now that I've had the R50 floor standing speakers for a while now anything any kind of music you throw at them they can handle with no problems I just can't believe Polk Audi0 discontinue those speakers because there beyond good and can handle a lot of powder crystal clear highs good bass R50's don't need a subwoofer unless your a bass heavy person I love them on my Sony A/V receiver it sounds like speakers are behind me sometimes when I listen to music there just that good ☺️

When I ordered this, the page was titled "Loudspeakers" (plural) and I did not pay attention to the fine print. When the one speaker arrived I was disappointed to realize the mistake. I contacted Polk and they immediately refunded my money and paid the return shipping. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received. I later purchased a pair of Monitor60 Series II and a PSW10 subwoofer. It sounds great. Polk retained a customer for life and I am one happy customer.

No Midrange at all

Bought them on line from J & R Music, Polk was discontinuing the product and I bought them for (are you sitting down) $99 each!!!! Ive had mine for about 6 months, GREAT SOUND for the price and their Polk's .

have them on a dual purpose system. 7.2 Onkyo used as surround but also use the speakers on the Stereo setting on my Onkyo for vinyl listening and the sound stage, middles and base are perfect.

I originally wanted Polk audio 60 series II speaker and I couldn't get them the other side jammed up I went to Amazon and got even a better speaker and saved $150

VERY CRYSTAL LIKE SOUND from a reliable family of speaker manufacturers. Elegant design with grill off or on. Heavy cabinet with super finishes and foot support (about 40ibs each). When set to full the bass performs exceeding well. TRUE SOUND REPRODUCTION FROM POLK. Great value and competes with speakers costing 3 times as much.

Very good powerful speakers!!!
