It’s a sturdy rebounder
As with all things Pilates, it’s overpriced, but it’s well made, fits my machine perfectly, and provides more “give” than the jumpboard for days when I want a little more bounce/less impact.

Great Addition to Your Stott Reformer
This is a super addition to the reformer. I had used the jump board before and loved it. But this gives you the same workout without the stress on ankles, and I think it's more fun. Highly recommend

Stott Pilates Cardio Tramp
An excellent addition. A cardio workout without the impact of running. Gets heart rate up as quickly as you want. Large size makes for safe jumping. Sturdy and and superb construction.

A fun and effective tool to challenge clients! Most clients prefer it to the footbar because it feels great on the feet.

doesn't fit properly
This is my 4th cardio tramp and all of them work except this last one. The fit is too tight so it gets stuck all the time---hard to get in and hard to get out. I wish I sent it back. The metal is getting stripped in such a short period of time. They are not making them to fit reformers that I bought in 2013 so beware. I do like that the stopped putting the wording on the square part because it just comes off shortly.
