I don't understand why this product got some bad reviews but everyone's body is different . For me though, since December of 2024 through November 2025 I suffered UTIs every other month. I used prescription antibiotics with probiotics but nothing worked to prevent the UTI from coming back. Through prayer I was led to buy Urinary-X and I have not had an issue with UTIs since. I will warn you though that a couple of the ingredients in this product can make your urine smell strong. It depends on how your body processes it. Your body may not have a reaction at all especially if you are one who drinks a lot of water. That helps. Otherwise this is a fantastic product and I would recommend it to anyone dealing with reccurring UTIs. Although not necessary, but for extra help in killing off the bad bacteria that causes UTIs, I added a Pro and Prebiotic to my supplemental intake.

very useful for kidney infections. Bought it for my brother and it helped a lot. Take more than what the dosage says if you want to feel the effect. Its effect depends on how big or small your body is. So adjust the dosage based on your height and body mass.

I was struggling with recurring UTI’s for most of December 2025. I was miserable and nothing seemed to help. On a prayer, I ordered this shortly after Christmas and within a few days, the UTI’s disappeared and stayed away so far. Just a heads up, the pills are a little on the large size so take one at a time with a large gulp of water (that’s what I do). You’re supposed to take 3 a day with or without food. I have had no complaints regarding this product. If I don’t take this product every day, I would regret it. I would feel the urgency to go, I feel pain. I am happy that I can alleviate my UTI’s without going to a doctor. It really does work wonders! Thanks Amazon for another amazing product!

I tried this product at five in the morning when I got it. I can’t believe how quick it worked so that morning or order two more bottles I’m so glad I tried it..
