I really liked how easily this was to install on the 4x4 post! Just loosen the screw with your hand!! Works great! the squirrels hate it!

Super easy install on a 4x4 post, undo one wingnut, install the support bracket... drop the guard on top, gravity holds it in place. Would have to remove when the hurricanes come as it probably would fly away, but so far so good, no more rats in the bird feeder.

Put this under my feeder, and the squirrels have not even tried to come up. Worth the extra money.

I gave this product 4 stars because it’s so easy to set up and well-made. But I didn’t have the luck others had with raccoons. I put it about 4 feet up and they climbed right over it. So I put in a taller post and put the guard at 6 feet. They climbed right over it. Drat.

I think the nesting birds appreciate it. Keeps the squirrels off their house heavyweight material, easy to install - have had it installed for quite a while and I’m very impressed.

Purchased this second one to replace original bought 4 years ago. Lasted all these years, in Florida with no issues. Recommend product.

THE GOOD NEWS: I like this product so much that this is now my fourth order in 6 years. THE BAD NEWS: I have to buy a new one every few years because they ALWAYS RUST OUT! That's my frstration. It's easy to install and absolutely keeps the squirrels away. But the fact that it's "powder coated," whatever that means, isn't worth a damn because they just attract rust, rust and more rust until the shred and crack and break apart. So it's not a mater of "buyer beware" because you know it will rust out. Just accept that.

Nothing more enjoyable than watching a pissed off squirrel!!

So far, so good. Easy to install, looks good and so far, no squirrels.

It’s a great deterrent for those pesky squirrels , who never give up. Easy to assemble and install. Make sure you put it high enough on the pole.

The baffle was very easy to install around the 4" x 4" post and works well. No squirrelshave gotten past it yet. Also, the baffle arrived in just 2 days.....great service!

Product came as described and was easy to install. One con: the description should be more clear as far as installation specifications, it should tell you approximately how high off the ground and how far away from the feeder to install. Mine is not installed correctly - the squirrels jumb from the ground directly to the feeder without even touching the baffle. I didn't even know they could do that!

Awesome. Not a squirrel could find a way to the feeder.
