Would give this 6 stars if I could. Having played sports all my life and trained in the gym since 2012 (also being on the bigger side of the spectrum), the muscles tend to ache a lot and my lower back has issues. Focusing the theragun on the glutes and the lower back gives relief like you wouldn’t believe!! And to use after sports or training, especially on the legs, is indeed an unreal experience. Some say gimmick, but I say it works exactly as it should. Try it for yourself and you will see the incredible benefits. There is even an app you can download which works with bluetooth so can set your theragun to certain speeds and there’s also videos you can follow with brief programs to focus on pre workout, post workout, recovery, targeted work etc There’s other cheaper products out there of which I have tried, which are decent for their price point. however wouldn’t substitute for a theragun. The Theragun Prime is an exceptional electric handheld massage gun that has revolutionized my post-workout recovery routine. As an avid fitness enthusiast, I have tried various methods to alleviate muscle soreness and promote faster recovery, but this device has truly exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the build quality of the Theragun Prime is outstanding. It is evident that the product is crafted with precision and attention to detail. The gun is lightweight yet feels robust and durable in hand, ensuring a comfortable grip during extended massage sessions. The design is sleek and modern, with a minimalist aesthetic that adds a touch of sophistication.

I have only been using this for just over a week, so long term effectiveness and durability unknown. It certainly gets the blood flowing and heats up the area used on. I have found that I need to turn down the intensity on certain areas to avoid soreness. I have used it on my lower back, trapezius, quads and deltoids. I find that it instantly eases back soreness, and the heat generated in other muscle groups also reduces stiffness and aches for a while. I am going out will help rehab my right shoulder, but as I say it's early days and I don't expect miracles.

A Very good product and I would recommend 100%. I have had many issues with muscle tightness due to sports and work-related injuries in the past. The only thing that has come close too and surpassed a professional sports massage is this TheraGun. It comes with interchangeable heads to allow a different type of therapy, depending on the area and depth you want to target. This is also the perfect tool for pre exercise muscle warmups/activation. Overall, it’s a must have tool, if you are serious about fitness development or just after an all-round great massage/therapy product.

Bought in July 2023 and it failed completely in September 2024. Contacted therabody under the 2 year warranty and they tried to fob me off that it was for 1 year, offering to sell me a refurb model. Unless they do the correct thing I will revert by charge back to my credit card and will never revisit their products again. Shame really as the gun was great whilst it worked.

Wasn’t sure about buying this because of cost but my husband has such tense muscles . However it’s worth every penny it’s brilliant better than any massage . Only takes a few minutes and incredibly deep and effective would highly recommend

Ce dernier ne fait que me dire que c’est le meilleur cadeau qu’on lui ait fait, de part son utilité. Au début nous ne nous servions que d’un seul embout, mais les autres ont tout autant leur place dans le pack. Un investissement plus que rentable quand on voit la fréquence à laquelle il nous sert et le soulagement quasi instantané.

Ni punto de comparación con una pistola de segunda. Cuesta 3-4 veces mas, pero su valor supera eso. Fantastica para todo tipo de usos, dolencias musculares, estirar despues de ejercicios, calentamientos, etc etc. Si el presupuesto lo permite, esta debería ser la compra a realizar
